Dr. Ayodele Green, MD

'I have been a patient of Dr. Ayodele Green for the past five years, and I can't say enough about the incredible care I have received. Dr. Green is not only an exceptional psychiatrist but also a compassionate and understanding person. From the very first appointment, I felt heard and supported. Dr. Green takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, and her thoughtful approach to treatment has made a significant difference in my mental health journey.She is highly knowledgeable and always up-to-date with the latest in psychiatric care, which has given me great confidence in the treatment plans she provides. Dr. Green has been incredibly patient with me, adjusting my care as needed and always explaining her decisions in a way that is easy to understand. Her empathy and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable.I am grateful to have Dr. Green as my psychiatrist. She has been a steady source of support and guidance throughout the years, and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Green is knowledgeable but is not very responsive and is seemingly overwhelmed which shows up as disorganized. After having to follow up with her several times about submitting the prescription for a medication that we discussed for my daughter, once she finally submitted it, it was a different medication. When I told her about that and my experience with her thus far she didn't take accountability which was even more alarming. She's knowledgeable, but her disorganization is concerning.

Dr Green really listens and validates my concerns. She worked with me to find the right combination of medications to manage the lifelong anxiety, depression and add. She references current research and is up to date on all treatment guidelines. An excellent and compassionate doctor. I have already recommended Dr Green to friends and will continue to do so. Also of note, her office staff, Neil, is wonderful. He is prompt and courteous. It’s always a pleasure to schedule appointments.

Worst experience I’ve had with a “ professional” First of all neglected to tell me she is in New Jersey ACROSS STATE LINES I AM IN NEW YORK Second of all - she is wildly judgmental for being a mental health “ doctor”. Asked me questions about my past ( very uncomfortable) for 40 minutes, And I had explained to her I am no longer having said symptoms but she was fixated on my past and issues that are no longer present Proceeded to recommend a heavy heavy anti - psychotic …. I am a functioning career woman and excelling in all areas of my life. My friendships, family, romantic relationships are all flourishing- thanks be to God. Why would she feel the need to recommend this medication that destroys your liver ? ? Anyways at the end she told me I had to drive to New Jersey to get any medication. 1hr of my life during a work day I’ll never get back. My time wasted was 4x more money than I paid for this appointment. She is rude, judgemental, and narcissistic tendencies. I would recommend no one go see her Was also 15 minutes late to our appointment while I was in the waiting room 4 minutes before our appointment!!!!!!!!!!! :) great experience ( NOT)
