AWFUL. Dr. Shah prescribed ANOTHER PATIENT'S MEDICATION to me in error, sent me the other patient's instructions and after office summary..Dr Shah blocked me from replying him. His office manager hung up on me when I called to inquire about the addition of a third medication to the two Dr. Shah had prescribed earlier in the day.Dr Shah lied in my medical chart in an effort to cover himself. This was followed by Chief of UHS Dermatology sending me a letter accusing me of having "disrupted the practice " and banning me from UHS Dermatology. I had an adverse reaction to the anti-biotic which was prescribed to me by Dr. Shah and had no doctor to call. I couldn't ask Dr. Shah prescribe an EpiPen for me before my COVID vaccination. I had to be treated by paramedics & EMTS right after being vaccinated. I broken out in a rash after being vaccinated, and had no dermatologist to whom to turn. in addition to being left with my original symptoms untreated.

Seeing the Dr. has been great but I tell you it’s clear the staff is not into details except collecting your money. Very disappointed that an RX given by the Dr. requires his authorization and the pharmacy has told me 3 times they have sent this request and have gotten no response from them so I can’t get what I need. It’s A SHAME that I have to go to another Dermatologist just for this RX. I e also called and constant No Answer nor a returned message to my voicemail. I’m so done trying this hard.

Extremely satisfied with Dr. Shah and his entire office staff. Dr. Shah was very kind, sincere, prompt, and informative. The rest of the staff in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. My mother has had a difficult time with a rough area on her leg & has seen various doctors over the past few years. By visiting Doctor Shah's office, I feel that we have been put on a better track to finding a solution to her problem. So thankful for their care & dedication

Dr. Shah was very nice and quickly determined my treatment.. I was concerned about a small pimple like spot that wouldn't go away. Dr. Shah removed it with very little discomfort, the numbing needle was the worst of the removal. I would recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking a dermatologist. treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for over 6 years. I have seen many dermatologists in the area and every one of them missed a skin cancer on my leg! Luckily I came across Dr. Shah, a recommendation from my son John, who was using him, and he biopsied my leg and it was a very deep squamous cell carcinoma! I have had many skin cancers removed by Dr. Shah and I am so grateful to him for finding them! He is thorough in his exams and always has a pleasant demeanor! He has turned out to be a great find!
