Very happy with Dr. Chehresa
Dr. Chehresa was recommended to me by a couple of friends in Rossmoor who had left Kaiser. When I started receiving Medicare about 5 years ago, I also left Kaiser and joined John Muir. I've been very happy with Dr. Chehresa and the health care I'm receiving through my insurance. She's friendly, a good listener, prompt in responding to my messages, and referring me to specialists when needed. When I go in for routine checkups, she inquires about my current concerns, if any, and history and makes sure I'm happy and healthy. I don't feel rushed. I had Kaiser for over 40 years and I never felt that connection with my Kaiser primary care doctor. I'm glad I found Dr. Chehresa!

NOT proactive or engaged!
Dr Chehresa has been a big disappointment in managing our elderly mom's care. It seems any obstacle that can be made is there--difficulty in reaching the doctor, not stepping up to be proactive (other than ordering many tests and not following up on results), no medication management other than making refills difficult, no collaboration with specialists, just NOT CARING or involved at all. Maybe Dr. C was great at one time, but she's pretty checked out now.

Never got through to Dr. Azita. Her support staff did a "fantastic" job of offering me no help in trying to get information on a New Patient visit, with a disrespectful tone to boot. Perhaps Dr. Azita is a wonderful physician, but with office staff like hers' running interference, it would be difficult to know.

Found this doctor not to have many interpersonal skills and was reading off forms the whole time. Lacked knowledge.
