Loretta the PA is fantastic,Dr. Younas not so much
First, beware of the ratings on here. When the office first opened the Dr. would beg people for reviews, even ask them to leave a review while he waited. I’ve been going to this office for a while, receiving pain meds, injections & procedures. The PA Loretta is fantastic. She’s caring, listens, offers real solutions, never messes up prescriptions & follows through on what she says. Dr. Younas I dread seeing. He’s best described as apathetic. He doesn’t remember me at all & doesn’t review my chart prior. Every time he recommends procedures we’ve already done & I have to remind him. EVERY SINGLE TIME he messes up my meds in some manner. He either forgets it, does it wrong or puts the date to be dispensed as the first date you are out meaning the pharm. can’t dispense until then. So I go all morning that first day without pain relief waiting for the pharm to refill. Then drive to the pharmacy in pain. He just doesn’t seem to care at all about what the patient is going through.

Living With Pain – Apr 22, 2022

Dr. Younas is the kindest most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He has stood by me through the pain...but also through my hardships such as not having insurance for two years, needing pain management when all else seem to fail...he was there trying injections into my spine, neck and trigger points. I have referred everyone to him and he has helped them all. My daughter and I see him and Loretta. She is absolutely wonderful, too. If you have struggled with chronic pain and know how it truly dominates your life...then come see Dr. Younas and his staff...there is hope and there is help...and it's right here. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Laurie Scheu

This has been a nightmare, terrible staff and endless billing discrepancies. Staff will hang up on you if you ask for their name. At first I thought it was just the staff but I realize the doctor is a problem too. None of my messages were ever returned, I was sent home post procedure with no medication and had to ask my primary physician to prescribe something. After two procedures, one of which left me in terrible pain and partially immobile for two weeks, his office has now billed my insurance 60k. Instead of treating people better they’d rather block reviews.

I was very impressed with all that the staff had to say about Dr. Younas. He understood I am in a lot of pain and immediately said he'd set me up for a procedure to stabilize my back I have compression fractures. I look forward to working with him to get my health better. Only one thing I was misinformed about was that at my consultation I was told it was no big deal that I take Klonopin for anxiety after just losing my Mom. And it has been a God send. But then was told I need to get off of it. Last time I stopped it I couldn't drive my car, cook, clean or even go to work I laid in bed with such fear it was debilitating. 8 months later I still couldn't drive and my hands wouldn't do as my mind told them. I'm hoping we can meet in the middle. I don't see how one maybe two Klonopin a day can harm me. It's the people who take it illegally or too much that's where people go wrong. Over all I give everyone 100 percent. I look forward to seeing Dr. Younas.

I've been seeing Tx Health Specialists for a while and I am very impressed with Dr. Younas. He Really cares about his patients and takes the time to really tailor the treatment plans to his patients needs. He isn't all about the money, but is all about what the patient needs. I am very satisfied with Dr. Younas.

Dr. Younas is a very good attending doctor. But is staff is a different story! you sit the lobby for hours waiting to be seen. The office manager is terrible. When speaking to her about the long wait. She develop a very bad aggressive attitude with you! Most good doctor have bad staff! people standing up not enough seats they have 5 chair in the waiting area. Building looks run down in the inside looks like a welfare office.
