Dr. Bailey Balentine, DO

She seems to be very competent, however, her staff is totally incompetent. I have had trouble scheduling appointments and there is no assistance or concern. My other doctor would schedule my breast and bone density exams, but not this office.

I love dr Balentine she is great and very friendly. Very concerning she understands everything I tell her. great dr.

She is very smart, listens and seems to have all the answers to my questions. I highly recommend her. Spends that time with you and not feeling rushed.

Her profile says she cares about nutrition and diet. She doesn't. She does not give you time at the appt past the basics or get back to you within reasonable amount of time. Look elsewhere for a family doctor.

Dr Balentine was so dismissive about my simple questions last visit. She was lukewarm on boosters (I understand we know they do not work long) but a doctor should be recommending them. She seems burnt out and annoyed but tries to hide it behind her tone and smile. She had no insight, no referrals and basically said I am on my own to figure out my issues since they are not her forte. Multiple prompts to get an email back. I know health care workers are super burnt out these days and I feel burnt out at my job but my clients never know or feel that. I hope she can take a vacation and regroup. Her follow up and interest in patients is very low. Will be going to another doctor moving forward.

She is great! She takes the time to fully understand what’s going on and is very friendly. I have received several referrals from her office. They have all been top notch.

Very Nice, Listens to You... feel like a human with Her as your Doctor..

I spoke with her about a several issues I was having and she was very dismissive. I also asked if she could help me with an addiction issue I was having with a nootropic and explained because of my job I need a medical Dr to help. 3 hours later I began getting numerous calls from addiction specialist that contracted through my company. They know me and now why I needed help. Thanks a lot. 45 mins after October Rd called your office called to see me. I am beyond pissed, embarrassed and humiliated

Dr. Baily Ballantine is such an asset to the Asheville area, she should be listed as a national treasure. She is thorough, stays current on medical journal publications and new research, has a genuine air of compassion, she works well with us older patients without being dismissive and has the remarkably rare gift of being a doctor who actually hears her patients. Three of my friends now see her and we are so grateful to have found reliable, trustworthy medical care. It's a game changer.

Dr. Balentine is an outstanding physician. Her knowledge is impressive, she communicates clearly, and her professional and kind approach to my care is so greatly appreciated. She provides excellent medical care in a personal and tailored manner. Furthermore, she deeply cares about her patients. She is one of the best doctors in western Carolina ... or anywhere else for that matter. This highly skilled doctor receives my highest recommendation.
