Dr. Baker Vinci, DDS

If I can give ZERO stars I would this is my first time actually having surgery this man “Dr.Vinci” is very rude and ignorant when I tried to clarify what’s was going on the day of my surgery he just had a complete attitude!!! Cursing, when I confronted that curse words are not needed he proceeded to say he never cursed when I recorded the whole interaction, I show everyone respect and I would like that received not sure if he was having a bad day but I will NOT recommend anyone EVER.

Dr. Vinci was very thorough in pre-op consultation and surgery went great and recovery was ahead of schedule. The nurse's and staff were caring and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Vinci and will return for his services if I have to have any other oral surgery.

A great surgeon Had my wisdom teeth removed. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Office staff was very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Took my brother here for a dentist appointment scheduled months in advance. Got to the office and was told that his appointment was scheduled for a later date and that THAT appointment would have to be rescheduled as well because the Dr had to go to court. They then told me that we were welcome to wait in case another patient did not show up. Ended up leaving. Extremely idiotic, untrustworthy, and unprofessional staff.

This guy loves to bash general practitioners on Facebook. He’s not a good surgeon at all and he made me payDouble what another surgeon quoted me

This was the worst doctor i have ever experienced my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed he prescribed a very strong narcotic that noone would fill i called his office they were closed my self and pharmacist called multiple times answering serive said they called him 10 times with no answer i had to take my daughter to the er for pain medicine 3 days later i call him and he screams at me as if i had done something wrong he should not be able to keep his license

Long wait time. He was rude at the consult but a great surgeon. My daughter healed well and fast. He was nice at extraction appt since I had just paid him several hundred $. The office is extremely hard to reach. They do not refile with your insurance unless you insist. If you have a secondary insurance then expect to fight because you will have problems getting them to pay. I wish I would have used someone else because their office is obsurd. An answering service is used most of the time.

I would just like to say that I was scared after reading all of the bad reviews about him and of how horrible his staff was, but I got a completely different experience. I am beyond grateful for the staff and how nice they were to me. They were never rude. They even chatted with my mom in the lobby while I was in surgery and this was the second time they had ever met me. Plus Doc didn’t let me die in the chair or mess up my other teeth. Sorry to the others who didn’t get the same outcome.

I will NOT recommend this office to anyone. His staff was beyond rude and unprofessional on the phone! If you are no longer seeing Trauma patients then you should let Medicaid know so they stop referring people to your office, then people wouldn’t have to deal with the attitude coming from your office! Only reason I gave 1 star is because zero stars is not an option!

Horrible person and seriously think he has some kind of mental issues. He said horrible things about a dentist I have seen for 25 years and respect. Probably the worse medical proffesional I have encountered in my life! Staff is very unprofessional and hard to communicate, especially his office manager.

Dr. Vinci did a wonderful job with my son and his nurses and receptionist made sure we understood everything prior to the procedure. They were very kind to my son and I. The wait time can be kind of a headache but it was worth it in the end

A horrible experience. He is rude, argumentative, condescending and unapologetic in anyway about his behavior. We waited over 2.5 hours past our scheduled time. I would never let anyone I know visit him. Stay away.

If I could give no stars I would; Dr. Vinci bashed my orthodontist telling me she wasn't a licensed orthodontist then told me not to tell anyone. I ignored his personality and lack of professionalism against my better judgement. When I tried to schedule my surgery for the following week I was told they see many patients that are in pain and they are more important than me. It was all quite laughable. I left and decide to never have dealings again with them again.

Best oral surgeon in town! Extremely patient and polite. Spent 45 mins with me going over the entire process. Even called me at midnight to answer any questions I had! He did a great job taking out my wisdom teeth. Staff is very friendly as well. Will bring them a gift when I go in for my follow-up. I'm surprised at the negative reviews I read, and I have a hard time believing them. Most health care providers try to convince me to get more work done than I need, and insult me. He is different!

I'm so shocked at the negative reviews written about Dr. Vinci and his office staff. I had nothing but the best experiences with all of them. My daughter just recently had her wisdom teeth out and he spent so much time with us going over every detail before the surgery. He showed us on specialized 3-D program of her teeth and exactly what would happen and what to expect. His staff was wonderful to us. Friendly, worked with us on everything! I would recommend this Dr. and staff to everyone!
