I have only seen Dr. Sharma three times, so I'm not sure I have a thorough view of the situation, but will give my thoughts so far. A big thing that stands out is that the wait times have always been so long. At the last appointment, I came 10 minutes early, then sat in the waiting room for one hour and 50 minutes! When I did see him, the appointment lasted for about five minutes before he rushed out the door. I had had bloodwork done and wanted to go over it. He mentioned only one result before he got up and left. To be fair, he spent longer at the previous visit, probably 15 minutes, and did seem to know the particulars of my case, but I was still in the waiting room for more than an hour that time.

You solicited a review.
I moved to Texas after having an excellent give & take relationship with my health providers in my former state. I was part of my health planning. Ideally, I hoped for the same relationship in TX with providers. In general, TX providers see too many patients. As a result, they have little time for their patients and little time to hear their patients input about their own health. I would like to express glowing remarks about being under Dr. Sharma's care but other than a hello, lab test results and see you in 6-months, I have none. He is gracious but all business.

The wait times were horrible both in the waiting room and the exam room. In Minnesota, if we have to wait over 10 minutes the staff will reschedule my appointment.
