No. I initially met Dr. P. Ten months ago when I had a consultation for upper eyelid surgery for which I paid the large consultation fee. I was set up to do the surgery for $4,000.00 and then....Covid. Had to cancel. When I first met her, she was the kindest, most informative and UNRUSHED doctor visit I had ever experienced in my life!! Fast forward to the last few weeks when I reconnected with her office to get the surgery rescheduled. In fairness to Dr. P., I never got passed the cheeky receptionist. I was informed that I needed to again pay the exhorbitant consultation fee since I hadn’t been there in a year. TRUTH. IT HAD BEEN TEN MONTHS!! I was then told that it would now cost $6,500.00 for the same service which represented an increase of over 50%!!! Shocking! I guess she really wasn’t all that kind and caring. She sold out and decided to price gauge all those poor souls who were forced to see their faces on zoom. I’m sure she is raking it in. Shame. Shame!

I am a 77 yr old female patient of dr Purewal that had Ptosis of the right eyelid and was told Dr Purewal could fix this problem and she did. I never realized what a big help fixing this problem would be not only with my sight but driving , reading signs, reading books, watching movies and best of all not having to pick my head up and jut my neck out to see where I’m going. My neck no longer hurts and my eyes are more relaxed and both the same size. Thank you Dr Purewal this was the best thing I did for myself. Wonderful!!!! Dr. Purewal is a perfectionist. She is absolutely the best in her field. Her office is beautiful and the staff are very nice welcoming. She’s honest and caring. Has the best bed side manners. Takes her time to answer questions and also makes sure the patient understands and is comfortable with any recommendations. Truly the best. Had to get surgery and was very nervous about it but once i walked in there everyone was welcoming and the procedure took about 20 minutes to complete. I felt no pain or discomfort it was as if she didn't do anything to me. As her reception said Dr Baljeet has golden hands. Recommend everyone to come here!

I had special events coming up and I was self conscious of a chalazion on my lower eye lid. I was relieved when her office was able to squeeze me in at the last minute to have it removed. Her office was clean and beautiful. Her staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Purewal's bedside manner was calm, caring, thorough and genuine. I went to see Dr. Purewal for lip filler for the vertical lines above my upper lip. I was also considering filler for my lips but was concerned because I've seen some of the outcomes on others and the results were too "ducky." Before Dr. Purewal did anything we spoke and she answered all my questions. I decided to do the lips as well as the lines. I was so happy with the result. Very, very natural and subtle. I have been to Dr. P. for ultherapy and here again my expectations were surpassed.

Dr. Purewal is one the few doctors who is truly gifted in both her profession and bedside manner. She consistently takes the time to listen and correct anything that is ailing you and understands the needs of her patients change based on the nature of the visit v.s. other physicians who sometimes run based on protocol/ previous visits.

Doctor Baljeet K Purewal performed a chalazion removal surgery on me. I had such a great experience at her office right from the beginning to the end of the surgery. I was so nervous, but after I talked to her, I felt that I was in good hands and she made me feel at ease!
