Exceptional Care
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Thai and her incredible team. I have felt seen and heard, which is rare in today’s healthcare system. Dr. Thai is empathetic and caring, and has a holistic approach to her care. She takes the time to truly listen to my needs, making sure I am an active participant in the treatment planning process. In a healthcare system where it’s easy to feel overlooked, Dr. Thai goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m not falling through the cracks. She treats me as a person, not just a patient. I’m so incredibly grateful to have found her. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the care she provides. The healthcare system would be so much better if there were more doctors like her. I also want to shout out to everyone in the office—especially Karla, who always checks in with me and makes me feel so welcome every time I come in. The entire team works together seamlessly to provide amazing care. Thank you for all your do!

I am a new patient and tried to contact the clinic phone number at 626-335-3627 to make appointment but unable to get through the clinic. Every time, the answering machine responded that the office is closed today until 1:30 pm for training even I called at 3:30pm. Please check your phone and voice mail system.

Dr. Thai is an excellent and wonderful doctor! She listens to me, answered all of my questions, never rushed me and didn't leave me until she is sure that she is satisfied with my care! She exudes compassion & understanding and yet you can tell that is very knowledgeable and very professional! I can't thank her and Dr. Paul Moya enough for taking care of me and my spouse. Their office is clean, the staff are all courteous and polite especially Berlin, Vanessa & Jiovani! Thank you all very much!
