Terrible experience and waste of my time and money. She does not care at all about patient concerns or symptoms. She brushed all concerns off and even says all pain and symptoms are a normal part of “life”. Not sure why she practices medicine, since she has no interest in listening to patients or helping them. Also, she is not up to date on the latest research and has no clue about optimal lab values and their heterogeneity. Just a huge waste of time and money seeing her. There are better doctors out there! If there was a zero rating, then this doctor deserves it! Would never recommend!

Fair. She seems to know her stuff and seems to be a good diagnostician, but is rather cold and patronizing as is her medical assistant, Jean, the front desk person, Michelle, and medical assistant, Kevin. (Rachelle and Stephanie at the front desk were friendly.) At one point into our appt, Dr. Bell said she said that we had to finish up and didn't bother to ask me if I had any additional questions. At this juncture, I would NOT recommend this practice. I do plan to try one of their other doctors in their other office for a second chance. The Medical Center office location though was very uncomfortable and I would NOT recommend this location.

I read the one star reviews and I now agree with all of them! but had no choice since it was a last minute appt. she tells you what’s wrong with her in a way that feels invalidating. I told her I have a fever, she tells me she has a sore throat. I tell her issue that has been going on for a while and she tells me it’s been worse for her. It was clear to me that the appt wasn’t going well and I walked out without further evaluation. I’ve never done that. I’ve seen someone else at the practice and she was great.

I went in for a physical. Listened to my heart and checked my reflexes--that's it. She did not give me time to pursue questions I had, and the 1 issue about excessive pain she chalked up to "getting old" (apparently one can "get old" in a matter of months.) She spent most of the appt. talking about how great her own exercise plan is (I'm a former athlete). The office had lost all my records from the previous year. Waste of my yearly physical. My blood work is off and she hasn't called

I have been a patient of Dr. Bell's for many years and will continue to be one. She has provided excellent medical advice and services to me and family members over that time. I rely on her straight forward honesty, ability to explain medical problems and treatment, and her knowledgeable referral of area doctors for problems she does not treat. One area that has changed over the years is my inability to talk to her outside of an appointment which I chalk up to the current insurance environment.

Had long term reoccurring urinary tract infection and pelvic inflammation for years. I went to this office many times asking for help but was often treated as if my repeated visits were an annoyance and I was often treated like the problem was all in my head. I was not taken seriously. I don't know why it took me so long to find a new doctors office, but when I did the new doctor helped me solve my problem within a few months.
