Brings money into the practice, bad for patients
Most egregious issue first, then the rest of the review later. Dr. Bennett refuses to allow for prescription refills and instead forces the patient to come in monthly to get a refill. This is a massive burden on the patient. 1 hour of PTO and the cost of a copay for no patient benefit. 5 minutes of talking, 'Are the meds still working?', 'Good', 'OK, bye'.Dr. Bennett was recently brought into the practice. She seems more concerned with bringing money into the practice than helping patients. I was forced into her care when my last doctor took a better position elsewhere. Dr. Bennett tried to schedule me for 3 scans on our first meeting. Then she tried forcing me into monthly appointments to continue getting the medicine I've been getting at the practice for 11 years.Find literally any other PCP.

Do not go here
I’ve been with Dr Bennett ever since I was a teen. She is considered my “family doctor” but I will never see her again. She has insanely long wait times and everything feels rushed. I always book the very last appointment for the day because none of the staff can leave until I am done and checked out. So, they want to rush and leave? Gotta get me in first. She saw me for max 2 minutes until she said “this is something my nurse can handle” and sent a nurse in. I just needed her to prescribe me anxiety meds and sign a form. She asked me why I needed the anxiety meds and stopped me halfway through when I was talking about how my therapist diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. She is very rude. Some of her nurses are nice, not all. She is entitled and never puts the patient over herself. DO NOT GO HERE.

Longest wait times I’ve seen
There’s no way I should be one of the first appointments, and still wait consistently 1+ hours for my appointment, at least for my last six appointments. Currently I am waiting to start my appointment, and it is two hours past the scheduled time. They have no issue making you wait, but if you’re fifteen minutes late they may make you reschedule (we know she was no ready for me anyways.) The only saving grace is that the staff is friendly. The whole office just has the vibe of “You’re here to see us, therefore you operate on our time”, and with only having two days off a week, this makes it very hard to reliably fit a doctor visit into my schedule. The whole office could do with a class in time management.

i saw bennett as a first time patient and my experience was absolutely terrible, i will not be going back. i waited in the waiting room for about an hour and 45 minutes then was brought into a room where i had to wait another 30 minutes for her to come in. while waiting i had to listen to the unprofessional staff gossiping right outside patience door with all the doors left wide open, no privacy and i could hear everything going on it was obnoxious. when i finally saw her she listened to my lungs and heart and asked what meds i needed then she was on her way within 3 minutes. i left the appointment in tears with how frustrated i was. i DO NOT recommend.

It’s awful going this practice. They are rude and loud people in this environment. To say unprofessional is very accurate. The wait times are ridiculous, they take walk ins so plan to wait for 2+ hours to be seen for maybe 2 minutes. Then you have to wait to check out.

Had my initial appointment after being released from the hospital! Was in extreme pain and could barely walk! I asked her about medication for pain management and she informed me she cannot prescribe pain medication....I thought all board certified doctors could and she is considered my PCM...so I’m suffering in pain assigned to a doctor who cannot treat the pain that referred me to a pain management clinic who’s only management option is shots in my spine! Ridiculous and incompetent!

Absolute worst experience of my life. Exam room doors remain open so that you hear what everyone else is being treated for.I was I was a first time patient looking for a primary care physician. Dr. Bennett did not perform a physical exam of any kind. I remained in a chair and she did not even listen to my heart and lungs although I have two chronic health conditions. At the end of the appointment I was lead to a small waiting area where again I could hear the patients information. Shocking.

I just called the office to report a billing problem they have with Medicare. Sat through all the prompts only to be told the message box was full and so I could not fix the problem by speaking with a human.

There is no excuse for the long wait times of 3 hours or more, every single time I've gone there. The last time I was there, last month, I vowed never to come back - it was 2 hours in the waiting room and then another hour or more in the exam room, and then she only spent 3 minutes with me and got up and left the exam room IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ASKING HER A QUESTION. Never again will I go back - I'm so fed up with it. There's also the issue of the rudeness/disrespect of most of the staff members.

Even when I made the first appt. of the afternoon I STILL had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen. People who came in after me were seen before me. She zips in and out and never treated me for my main medical problem. Did not use proper testing procedures.

First of all let me start by saying I myself am a nurse, so I know what I'm talking about medically. I would NEVER set foot in this practice again and will tell every single person I can to stay clear. Wait time was 2.5 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment. Labs that I had requested were not drawn. She is a pill pusher who does NOT listen!!! Please save yourself the time and stress and look for another PCP!!!

No, I would never recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone. I called several times to get test results and left 3 messages because I couldn't get a human on the phone no matter when I called. After a month I finally received a call back and not from Dr. Bennett but from an employee that told me no details. She could only tell me Dr. Bennett recommended I see two specialists. One for kidney function and one for my blood. She said that was all she knew.

Doctor Bennett in person has always been respectful to me. She is trustworthy. But it's very quick to get out of the room. The way it hasn't been as bad since she's changed her office around a little bit and got rid of a bunch of files. but I've now been waiting almost a month for test results that she refuses to give me. I've contacted her staff amongst other avenues. And they refused to answer me or anything else. W/ her staff, your not aloud to speak unless spoken to!

She didn't seem to care how I was feeling and I only had her in the room for less than a minute. After waiting an hour and a half after my appointment time and then a half an hour in the room. Service there is very unsatisfying.
