Barbara Dunn saw my grandmother as a new patient & I was extremely unimpressed and disgusted with her overall demeanor. My grandmother has pancreatic cancer in the early stages so we are looking into surgery as an option & needed a primary care phys for her to see. Not only did this sorry excuse for a Dr/Human brush my coping family off & disrespectfully tell us we’re stupid for even considering surgery simply because my grandma has early dementia, but she also handled her as if she had an infectious disease (I know the protocol is to treat all pts as infectious, I too am in the medical field) But this Dr took it to another level, she asked my grandma to stand up and take a few steps to see how she walks, my grandma has difficulty walking so she usually needs a hand to hold to walk, Dr. Dunn had her gloved hand out & as my poor grandmother tried to reach out to hold it for balance she quickly pulled her hand back throwing my grandma off balance.... what kind of person behaves this way?
