Terrible bedside manners aka Mrs. Robot
Terrible experience. She acts like a robot not interested in looking at you in the eyes and having a conversation. Just types away on her lap top until time to perform exam. She decided to up charge me for a preventative care visit that my insurance pays 100% all because I told her before she examined my breast that I have an appt with a specialist in August over a concern with my left breast. She looked like a deer in headlights and said ugh I don’t do that…duh, would be why I made an appt with specialist. I was simply informing her before she touched them! Therefore that was out of “routine” boundaries of “routine yearly exam” they will tell you you aren’t allowed to discuss anything outside of routine appt when receptionist told me that I said I do have something I want to bring to her attention about left breast. She informed me that was sort of the exam. Then they send me a bill for my copay if $25. I ended up paying the copay but I will NEVER go back to see her. Zero stars!!!!!

Left in tears for days
Dr. Eisenberg performed a first ever endometrial biopsy on me. I was told to take ibuprofen before and to expect mild cramping. The procedure involves scrapping and sucking out my uterine wall with a thin hose with a notch on the end. This is the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I had to have her stop mid way because I couldn’t breathe. When it was finally over she told me to wait so she could clean up, I look down to see her cleaning my insides off her shoes and all over the exam floor. I cried on and off uncontrollably for three days after. I was not prepared for the traumatic nature of this procedure.I never received my results so I called the office for them. I asked them to have the doctor call me. When she did I tried politely to warn her to better prepare women for this. She treated me as if I was being dramatic. It’s unfortunate that we women can’t even count on each other. Dr. Eisenberg treated me terribly.I’ve never had a more horrible experience with a doctor.

I came to her for a pap smear and birth control options due to being anemic and other health concerns. During the visit, I was rushed after having unanswered questions. While I was attempting to get them answered, she talked down to me like I was stupid and less than human. Even worse, she began laughing at me when I expressed why I was looking into birth control. I felt embarrassed and started crying. Then I overheard someone talking loudly about my medical history outside of the door after my pap smear was over. I switched to another gynecologist after this incident.

I highly recommend Dr. Eisenberg. My daughter is a student at HPU and I live 700 miles away. I am able to trust that my daughter is getting the best care possible by a physician that truly cares about her health. Dr. E. was able to diagnose and treat my daughter for a condition that was not discovered after four years of visiting many doctors at three different hospitals. My daughter is finally living a pain free life thanks to Dr. E! We love Dr. E!!!

To say i am fond of Dr. Barbara Eisenberg is an understatement. I seriously adore this woman and all of her amazing talents. From the moment i met her at my first pregnancy screening to day she delivered my son. Her incredible nature shined! I had a complication mid pregnancy that caused my son to have a C-Section 3 weeks before his due date. She was informative, nurturing, and spoke with a kind heart. She literally stood by me the whole way! I cant Thank her enough for her service to my family!

Dr. Eisenberg is a very attentive, caring and competent doctor. She did many things that weren't in her job description the night she delivered my son by c-section. She retrieved water for my husband while waiting for the anesthesiologist to come in to talk with me before going to the OR and helped me with proper positioning of my back for placement of the spinal. I am very thankful to have had such positive experiences during this pregnancy and much of it was because of her.

Dr. Eisenberg is wonderful! She listens to her patients, provides great care, and informs before all action. Luckily she was the oncall doctor who also delivered my son. Her calmness in the delivery process and complete encouragement made for an amazing delivery! Thank you for all you've done for us Dr. Eisenberg!

I am 55 and have had several gynos in my life and I want to say I have never met a more friendly Dr. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Eisenberg and she really cared about my issues. What a relief it was to feel so comfortable with a new Dr. Cathy her assistant is amazing also very kind and concerned I would recommend these two ladies to anyone. The front desk staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Valerie Nutt

This barbaric doctor performed several endometric biopsies without any numbing, pain medication or partial sedation! I screamed as she tore my insides out! The more I screamed the rougher she poked and prodded and then told me she was going to stop if I did NOT stop screaming! She got really rough so all I could do was be at her mercy and apologize for screaming but I am still in pain and I had this procedure done by another doctor in the mid 1990's and they numbed me with lidocaine. It helped!

She is a super sweet woman. Really glad to have a doctor that will take the time to listen to what is going on. She greeted us with a smile and didn't act like she was in a hurry,or that she could care less. She took her time which makes all the difference. Thank you for being such a great doctor.
