Went there for the first time. Never saw the doc, only the NP. Asked for a couple of refills, never got that also when I went to Costco to pick up. Probably her business is too good. Think I will go back???

Dr.Etheridge has been my doctor for almost 20 years, she walked me through my gall bladder surgery, as well my gastric sleeve. She's always been kind, patient, attentive, very professional. Her staff is great, and it's easy to get appointments as well as refills.

I loved her the one time I saw her. But when I was sick and needed her, only a nurse practitioner was available who couldn’t help me. No appointments with Dr Etheridge for two months! I hate the practice and now looking for another doctor.

Stay away from this place. You are hardly ever scheduled with the doctor. Most of your appointments will be scheduled with her nurse practitioner Elizabeth Adelakun. She was so rude hung up on me in the middle of my appointment because I got upset of having to constantly repeat things to her. The doctor is a joke too. I requested her to prescribe generic medication since my insurance wasn't going to cover it, she insisted I go see a specialist. Finally prescribed me with something with no refills. The staff never answers the phone.

Dr. Etheridge has good patient skills but that's where it ends. She will order a ton tests and doesn't review the results completely. States she doesn't have record of test results after multiple follow-ups. Office Nurse Practitioner leaves much to be desired from skills / qualifications, taking phone calls while with patients, lack of compassion to patients. Office staff is a disaster.

Dr. Etheridge is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. Her office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It seems the follow-up part of the job is too much for them. Simply put, they are incompetent which is unfortunate since I like Dr. Etheridge.

Dr. Etheridge is an affable person and a supportive, knowledgeable doctor, with excellent listening skills. She is proactive about lab tests and screenings, and when needed, recommends care from specialists. I especially like that Dr. Etheridge is never put off by questions or offended by suggestions of alternatives to prescription drugs. She has been our highly-esteemed family physician for more than a decade.

Staff was very unprofessional. Called to book an appointment that was set and got refused a check-up. I would definitely recommend against this practice due to its staff, and the sad part is the doctor is actually a good, caring physician.

I had been a patient for Dr. Etheridge for a long time. This is the first time I had encountered unprofessionalism with the Dr's staff. I called for a renewal of my blood pressure medicine, but was informed that I had to come in. I made an appointment to see the doctor just to renewal for my medicine in two weeks. I work and I do not have the flexible to just take off. I was informed by someone in the office that did not identify himself that he will not renew my prescription until I come in. When I told this individual that I had already make an appointment, he stated to me that he will not renew the medicine for two weeks only one week. I had informed him that I can only take off from work on the original date I had scheduled. He informed me that he will fill the the medicine, but I am no longer welcome as a patient. Dr. Etheridge is a great doctor and she had always worked to accomodate my schedule I will find another doctor with a better staff.
