Dr. Barbara Hagey, DPM

Dr. Hagey has taken care of my family since she rolled into town 30 years ago or so. She took care of my father whom was a diabetic from approximately 1990 until his death in 2009. She has taken care of me for 10 years. She went above and beyond for my father. He died of diabetes complications but never so much as lost a toe under her care. She has been so good to me. I will be with her forever or until she retires or I die.

I have seen on four different occasions and she has been great

Dr. Shroeder must be too busy with other patients as he has failed to give me a correct diagnosis of left foot pain since my 1st visit on 10-10-19 and several subsequent visits, x-ray and blood work. As of today 12-16-19, I have a correct diagnosis from another doctor for Mortons Nueroma. On my visit 12-02-19 he told me he would order an MRI which after 2 calls from me to check on this order, I was told today 12-16-19 that they would put in the order with my insurance and then have to wait approx. a week for approval. I have been barely able to walk and in excruciating pain this entire time.

Dr. Hagey was ok but both times I was here she was behind and didn’t apologize at all for the wait. Definitely not worth waiting that long for.

I had a very nice experience with Doctor Hagey. My orthotics have done wonders for my feet. I couldn’t believe that such a simple change could work wonders for my feet! I thought she was very kind and handled my problems gently. I did wait for about 30 minutes however Hagey is in high demand. I would wait an hour to see her again.

Absolutely horrible experience, for both me & my mother. As a physician, I was embarrassed by how she treated my mother. She was an hour late, didn't apologize. Then blew off my mom's pain. Didn't suggest x-rays, just said "wear different shoes" & couldn't have been snottier when she said it. I will NEVER refer a patient to her. She's not thorough, and doesn't actually listen to the patient.

Dr Hagey and Dr Shroeder are incredible. They will stay after or come early to see patients. Dr Hagey worked through her lunch to see me on short notice and did so with a smile on her face. These negative reviews clearly do not know Dr Hagey on a personal level as she is the kindest most hopeful doctor out there. You will not find another doctor like her. As a doctor who is unaffiliated with the hospital, runs the business on her own seeing thousands of patients, she is incredible.

Dr. Hagey is the best podiatrist you can have. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable; just an overall brilliant person. She knows each of her patients personally and never fails to put a smile on my face when I come into the office. She truly cares for her patients and it certainly shows. Her staff is equally as friendly, it is a great atmosphere to be in.

I can say all I have to say about dr.hagey in one word negligent. I would not recommend her even for ones dog In fact we've had a much better office experience and care at our vet ???? lost medical forms wouldn't fill out forms in a timely fashion Lots of money wasted no resolution

Terrible.Staff is unorganized. Called me and told me they couldn't get through to my insurance and I needed to call for prior auth of orthotics. Insurance said they had to call. Month later Kim calls me to get the number she had supposedly been trying to call for a month. Asked if I just wanted to pay cash. I asked her to call insurance. Called me month later asking for more money. Dr will not call me directly. Wants me to pay for another appoint to discuss unprofessional staff. 3 months later..

Dr. Hagey is the best podiatrist. She was my mothers podiatrist and my mother loved her. She is my podiatrist as well. She treats your problem as gently as possible. She cares about her patients and takes the time to talk to you on a personal level. I have been to other podiatrists and it is not the same.

Office responded quickly to request for appointment and saw me on time. Very professional and clean care with sterilized tools, gloves, and hand washing procedures. Comforting demeanor and reassuring.

Despite numerous calls and visits, they could never locate any results of the visit. They refused to supply me with any written summary/results/diagnosis/recommendations etc. stating each time that they would look for the information and get back to me which they never did. However, they had no difficulty billing for the visit despite no results. A year later and an out of town specialist appt. and still no response or results. It was a worthless trip. VERY poor service.
