Attentive, intelligent
Dr. Ottley is precise, attentive, and listens to every detail. I see her for migraines, but she’s also concerned about the whole person, not just the headache. I’ve been treated by her for several years, and have improved to fewer migraines as time passes. I only see her once or twice a year now but it’s always pleasant to see her.

Very poor. Wait time 2 hours. Did not answer questions, assumptions made prior to appointment, stereo typed based on age. Do not feel as if she treated the patient based on individual symptoms but rather chose to go with pharmaceutical route. Symptoms are now much worse with this Medicine. Doctor did not address concerns about vitamin B deficiency, possible nerve related injury or damage, MS, nothing! Will seek second opinion from more educated doctor!
