My family member is a patient and have been trying to reach office to speak about some issues that are very important. Leave several messages but have never received a call back nor can I reach anyone by phone. God forbid a patient actually have an urgent need to speak with someone because they would never get through!!!

Dr. Lowry is an excellent listener and always takes my feelings into account. She is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. She offers evening appointments, which is extremely rare for psychiatrists and is very helpful if you work regular hours. I would recommend her to anyone seeking psychiatric care.

I think Dr. Lowry is SO WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL that I almost rated her the lowest so I would never have difficulty getting access to her. But good, qualified mental health professionals are difficult to find and she needs to be shared. She is fantastic and truly a lifesaver.

She prescribed a LOT of pills - one of which gave me diabetes. She added charges like $50 for 10 minutes ( or less) to call my my GP ( who could not recall what she wanted). She did not check first about that out of pocket bill. I paid my co-pays and still ended up with a couple of hundred unclear charges when I quit. I was in better shape before I went there.

I have been seeing Dr Lowry for two years today 12/19/2017 at my 9:40 am appointment I tried to tell dr Lowry that I have had recent changes to my mental health I was in tears. I told her the last antidepressant she prescribed made me sleep at times for 15 hours so I addressed it to the pharmacist Dr Lowry started to get an attitude when I told her the pharmacist said that was not normal. She denied me medical care and told me to leave her true character showed today AMA is receiving a report

Dr. Lowry is an amazing doctor. She is down to earth, caring and very easy to talk to. Several members of our family have mental illness diagnosis and she has helped us immensely in our healing process. I'm so thankful that we found Dr. Lowery. She is by far the best psychiatrists I have ever been to.

I was apprehensive of going to a psychiatrist but Dr. Lowry quickly put me at ease and was able to make me comfortable to where I felt okay talking about what was going on in my life and why I was there. She was attentive, a good listener, and she was able to make me feel better. I have been going to her office for about 2 months now and I am starting to feel like my old self again! I would most certainly recommend anyone who needs psychiatric services to go to see Dr. Lowry!

Dr Lowry is insightful, down to earth and compassionate. While the course of medication she treated my son with is somewhat scary, the affliction was worse without it. My only complaint is the complete inaccessibility of the office by phone. When patients call, you may only leave a message on voicemail. You may get a call back several hours later or the next day. If you miss that call and they leave a msg for you, you are back to square one having to call them back and leave another msg.

I have seen several of Dr. Lowry's patients and they are consistently on inappropriate, often dangerous, medications. She clearly missed the class on safe prescribing in older patients and the refresher on how to treat depression and anxiety without causing lifelong drug addiction.

I was a patient with Dr.Lowry for 9yrs. and had a wonderful experience until she, for unknown reasons fired her entire office staff and replaced it with complete incompetents. I gave them 6 months to improve before coming to her with the issues I was still having, but instead of discussing them, she turned on me & treated me like an idiot, as though I was the one with the problem. On top of that, I was over-billed in a mysterious fashion that was never explained and my insurance was billed wrong.
