Mediocre practice
Slow and low tech. Actually took a picture of a lab order and emailed it to me… uses Gmail and seems more concerned with superficial vanity treatments than medical practice. Insists on an additional appointment just to provide feedback on lab results. Refers out to others and that’s the end of that medical concern….. Feels like it might be time to retire to practice.

The kindest, most caring doctor you’ll EVER meet!!
Like the title says, Dr. Barbara Rappaport has a heart of gold and a brilliant mind. If I didn’t have to move away, I would have been her patient forever. She is a one in a million doctor and I know that I can never replace her.

As a health insurance broker of 29+ years, I have dealt with many providers and their staff. I AM IMPRESSED with the courtesy, professionalism, compassion and knowledge displayed by Dr. Rappaport and her staff. She is truly spectacular! YOU will never go anywhere else!!!!!!!

As far as B abara goes. This is my third year with her. She is a very comfortable Dr who does listen and talk to you like a lay person. However the office staff is worst I have ever seen. After reviewing all my claims with my insurance however. The billing was way out of line. Charging me twice for one visit that was a wellness exam, of which there is not copay. Have been getting the same bill since may of 2017. Also billed my insurance for $4000 worth of lab work.

Dr Rappaport is a great listener, smart, thorough, and most of all has a fabulous bed side manner. I'm almost afraid to write this review, because she's the best kept secret in Jacksonville. BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN, SHE TRULY CARES FOR HER PATIENTS.

Unprofessional office staff. Doctor is dismissive of patients concerns and does not follow up timely. I would not recommend.
