The women at the desk, specifically Rosa, are incredibly rude. My prescriptions and order forms are also routinely not put in.

Outstanding initial visit
Dr Schwartz spent over and hour doing my initial appointment. My physical exam was very thorough, and she addressed all my concerns.

Very Grateful
My mother has Chronic Kidney Disorder. She was accurately diagnosed as being in stage 4 if not 5 because of specialized testing ordered by Dr. Schwartz. This specific test had not been done by my mother's (very reputable) Nephrologist who had continuously been telling her she was only stage 3. Because of Dr. Schwartz' knowledge of these very specific tests we now have accurate staging of my mother's disease. Being shown the lab results, the nephrologist had to concede and is now looking at the potential for dialysis imminently. Dr. Schwartz accurately diagnosed my mother as being in Congestive Heart Failure and ordered appropriate testing to confirm, and she personally went downstairs to the Cardiologist to get my mother seen right then. Dr. Schwartz does research in her office with you present and lets you read it for yourself as well. She takes her time and explains everything. She is a teacher, and is wonderful!!

Dr. Schwartz detected a vitamin deficiency that other doctors overlooked. This discovery has led to more energy and well being.

Dr Schwartz is ONE of the most smartest, and caring Dr.s I’ve ever met! Not only as a patient but as a Nurse at the hospital she’s attentive; understanding! Always goes the extra mile to care for her patients! If she doesn’t have an answer she’ll refer you to the specialist who will! But before that she’ll take her time with you and she’s practical!

I was hospitalized for 12 days,Dr Schwartz wouldn't want to exam me after discharged face to face at all.MD only wanted to do via phone even though I had test and labs showing that I'm not contagious. If I had some other minor problem, dr Schwartz told me to go to the ER instead of doing a thorough check up. Her staffs had to fill out some paperworks, manager insisted me paying $25 which I did , before she even sent it out.It was a nightmare to deal with her staffs because the manager filled out incomplete information, wrong information. I informed her to correct those information, she never returned my phone calls or emails. When I was at my sickest , they sent me a letter to drop me as a patient because I was complaining about unorganization, rudeness, inefficiency of office manager.I left voicemail &emailed numerous times to office manager about bills that they keep sending in which I already paid,no response at all from office manager while it was threatening to collection agency

I've seen Dr. Schwartz for two years. She takes her patients' health VERY seriously and her mind and diagnostic gifts ask laser questions until she gets to the physical cause of the problem and the treatment that will alleviate it. I have chronic depression - she is the ONLY doctor who get me feeling terrific again (after 20 years of feeling "better, but not great"). It was because she looked at my blood numbers in concert with my description of my symptoms and realized it was a combination of the right depression meds (She said, "Cymbalta has a little 'oomph' in it!") AND a reconfiguration of my thyroid meds. Easily the best and smartest Internist I have ever had, and I moved to WP from Washington, DC.

I had a physical after being her patient for a year and the difference in care and attitude was like day and night. I waited an hour in a dirty, stuffy waiting room and another hour in a room. When dr finally graced me with her presents she had an entourage of 4 students following her into the room. I am sitting in a hospital gown and the appropriate way would be to ask if I was ok with it but Dr Schwartz doesn’t care about formalities. I asked all of them to leave and she wasn’t happy with me. I was looking forward to this appointment because I wanted to ask her a few questions about my current health issues. I didn’t fit the profile of a middle edge Overweight women and she told me that me desire to find a solution to loose weight is VANITY. That was her diagnosis after 2 hours of waiting and having expectations. I am looking for a different dr at the moment. May be somebody who cares and listens, and has some Vanity! A white dr’s coat would make a big difference.

No unnecessary visits, she has a very easy to use porta lk designed to request refills to avoid any unnecessary office visits. I was reffered by my Emokoyer and am very thankful to have found her.

Dr Schwartz kept me waiting 3 hours for a first time check up. She spent a few minutes with me - never even ran blood pressure - and told me to make an apt for blood work and another apt for a check up which she said she would do at that time. I was so put off by her that I never made the appointments. But she billed me for a complete check up and apparently is refusing to honor my medicare advantage card even though it was accepted by her staff. I do not recommend her and will never go back.

The Doctor is whom I come to see. She is thorough and listens to all my questions AND gives me answers! The staff is another story... and the waiting room OMG. But Dr. Schwartz is great. She sat down with me and explained face to face what the lab work reveals or doesn't. Things to be concerned about and things not so much. I thought a phone call would have been the same but it was much more in person. She is very knowledgeable and I like the fact she is teaching other students of medicine.

One of the worst practices I have ever been to. I was looking to establish a new primary care physician, and was there for a routine physical. From the dingy waiting area, to the over an hour wait to see the physician, to the completely unprofessional front office staff, to the visit with the doctor herself, this was a terrible experience. The doctor herself was more concerned with "teaching" her 2 students , than listening to my health concerns. I would definitely not recommend.

The waiting room smells. There are cloth sofas and chairs that appear dirty. The staff is friendly at times and non-caring at other times. There is frequently only one nurse working at this busy practice. There are usually NP students training there and they start the visit.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for five years now. She's the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I have ever encountered, which results in accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. Every doctor to whom she has referred me has been top notch. The price for this excellent doctoring is often long waits in the office, so take a book, because THE WAIT IS WORTH IT. Dr. Schwartz takes time with her patients, listens to them, explains things thoroughly.

Dr. Schwartz seems to be a good diagnostician, but she is more concerned with teaching the students that follow her around and is terrrible at following up on requests. For example, I tried getting an Rx filled for two weeks. I made repeated phone calls to the office and only after having the pharmacy call, did I get the RX. Then, my mother (94 yrs) began falling and needed a walker. I tried for almost 5 weeks to get an order from the doctor and finally gave up and bought the walker myself.
