Dr. Asgari is an excellent overall internist. It is very hard to come across a physician that takes his time with the patient and their health like he does. He answers all your questions, is very kind, always keeps positive energy, knowledgeable and gives you his attention. The staff gives you responses accordingly, great team they have.

Some Staff Members are Rude
I waited at least 5 months for an office appointment. I was told to come in at least 15 minutes early. I arrived 20 minutes early to go over some information. When I got there they told me my appointment was canceled. When I said no one called me, I'm disabled and it's challenging to drive then a staff member sarcastically said to me "would you like us to call the hospital and let them know the doctor can't come because he needs to see you first?" I told her there was no need to get sarcastic all they had to do was say there was a family emergency. At that point, I tried to reschedule and the sarcastic staff member would not let me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new primary care physician since in the past I have had trouble getting my bills paid by insurance due to the staff's lack of medical coding experience.

Office chaos
I waited 4 months for an appointment as a new patient. When I got there for my appointment at 10 am, I was told my appointment was 12 noon and they were canceling me because the doctor wasn’t going to be there. In reality, my appointment was 10 am and the doctor was there. The office staff refused to give me a new appointment and said only the manager could give me a new appointment. I waited an hour for them to contact the manager without success and I left. When I called back in a few days I was told the doctor was too busy and I couldn’t have an appointment! NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! After reading the reviews, I realized this is happening to others and is a pattern. I wonder if the doctor knows.

Horrible Staff
If I could click on a negative star review, I would, but unfortunately, there is no option. Interaction with this office was the most dreadful horrific experience we've ever had. We were canceled less than 24 hours of our appointment due to THEM overbooking and stating we haven't been seen in a few years. We made an appointment a month in advance just so they could cancel it LAST MINUTE. If I didn't call to confirm it, we would have been canceled upon arrival. Not professional and the staff manager was rude with her constant repeated response of "oh well, things happen". When I asked for a manager to call me back, she didn't until I called her the very next day. Save your time and find a better quality staff and doctor who doesn't do these things. It's ok for them to cancel you but if you cancel them in less than 24 hours, they'll charge you..... Go figure, when the shoe is on the other foot!

A great doc
I have been seeing Dr Asgari for about 7/8 years. He is a very good doc and even a better man with wonderful "doc bedside manners". He never rushes and will answer all questions live and on his portal swiftly. I even have his personal cell if needed. His staff is always pleasant and very helpful.

Very skilled & compassionate physician
Dr, Asgari was my husband's doctor until Wesley passed away of Alzheimer's Disease last November. Dr. Asgari understands family's problems and is very competent and compassionate in his manner. He goes above and beyond what many people expect of a physician. I found his warm, straightforward explanations and support were extremely helpful as my husband's health deteriorated. He is the BEST! P.S. His staff is very helpful and competent.

Office does not accommodate for severity of patients conditions. Waited over a month for appt and was too sick to attend the day of due to condition. When rescheduling they gave me another month and a half to wait where the first appt I waited for my condition grew worse. Was left on hold 10 mins long till my arm grew numb just to leave the doctor a message. Unprofessional and not courteous at all. Called another doctor and told them my condition and they got me in within 5 days.

Dr. Asgari is a caring and exceptional physician, He treats patients as a person, unlike many specialists who focus on one organ or system. He is easy to talk with. How many doctors would come, on his own time, to sit and talk with a patient in the hospital,, as he did with my wife? He uses technology to address issues but is “ old school” in his care. I am fortunate to have him as my Primary e physical. If this country had more doctors like him, there would not be as many complaints about ou

To start with, the office personnel is kind, helpful and patient. Half of a Dr's reputation is either won or lost due to his staff. This team is great. As for the Dr. he is the definition of a true physician. He talks to the person you are inside as well at the physical person. I can't recommend him enough. Run, do not walk to this Dr for care.
