All the rumors are true. His staff treated me horribly and would not accept that I didn't want to see him anymore. He is rude, unprofessional and will make you feel awful for asking questions. He had me on high level doses of Vitamin D and I got them taken off by my main provider. I was always sick, until that happened. His staff don't care about you and anything that they do, will be blamed on you. Don't trust this guy.

Yes he tells it how it is but not everyone’s body is the same. His guidelines are straightforward but bedside manner is poor. I feel like if you want to die from complications then this is the doctor for you. Having mostly the entire state of Montana as your patients is possibly the issue. Overworked.

Dr. Cohan is probably just burned out but the rumors about his bed side manor are all true. Very frustrating habit of answering your questions by sanctioning you for never telling/ asking him before. I'm not certain I'm getting a good level of care as I feel kept in the dark on my condition and care plan.

I would not go back to the quack. Told me a certain treatment would help me in the long run. He misread my blood tests results and had me on too high a med dosage for two years. He would argue with me about side effects. I could have had thyroiditis after treatment, and he did not catch it. I would not let this man take care of my pet rock.
