He definitely listens and explains everything… I believe there are 9 other doctors in this Facility…He’s definitely my pick and hopefully yours.. He also has a very attentive MA. We have been patients of Dr. Ross for many years. He has always been very professional and caring. He is conservative and reasonable in his approach to procedures and treatment. He has an excellent bedside manor, and we always felt very comfortable in his care. We would highly recommend him.

As I am a new Florida resident, I had my first colonoscopy and endoscopy today, May 13, 2022, with Dr. Ross. I was greeted by Jon, RN, who reassured me that everything will go well. I was also taken care of by the following Nurses: Kathie, Jamila, Gaby, and Melanie. They were all so very pleasant, professional and very caring at all times. The receptionist staff were also very pleasant! Dr. Ross and his staff are the best! I highly recommend Dr. Ross. Thank you for such great care!

Knowledgeable and professional....easy to talk to about issues

I have been seeing Dr Ross now for about 2 years. He is the only Dr in my 10 year history of having Ulcerative Colitis that has not only helped me but made me feel so comfortable. He takes time to speak with you each and every time I have come to see him. He and his entire staff are wonderful. Gail is truly the kindest person on his staff. She also takes time to speak with you and wants to make you feel comfortable while you are here. I would definitely recommend Dr Ross to anyone that needs any Gastric needs. Thank you Dr Ross

Dr. Ross made me feel so comfortable , considering my first visit was regarding scheduling a colonoscopy. I was extremely nervous about the procedure. He was very professional, on time and had an amazing bed side manner. To have all of those qualities is very important to me . His office staff was also very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross for Gastro issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for years. He is very Professional and has a great Bedside Manor. He had helped me so much with Upper GI’s and Colonoscopies. I feel very confident when I go to see him.

Went for a routine colonoscopy screening. The Dr was fine and so was the procedure. However getting a surprise bill was not ok. BCBS pays 100% for the screening however this office insists on charging you for a New Patient appointment which is way more than a Consultation for your colonoscopy. I had them on the phone with BCBS who explained it to them. They refuse to submit it as a Consultation because of the extra work they have to do for a new patient. I said "You mean getting my medical history which I filled out myself on your tablet when I was in the waiting room?" They get paid plenty for the procedure which they also schedule in the facility across the hall which is also owned by the Drs. And they don't disclose that they own this facility until you check in for the procedure. You certainly aren't going to change your mind then. Not after doing the prep! No need to be so greedy. Just let us use our insurance and don't surprise us with extra bills. A Consultation woul

Dr. Ross is the absolute best G.I. Dr. I have known thus far. He is very personal and tentative with me when it comes to my treatments as well as my overall health.

Dr. Ross is compassionate, competent and punctual. He listens actively and works with patients.

Dr Ross is excellent. He is warm, friendly and listens to your situation and recommends the correct treatment. He takes as much time as you need. Definitely would recommend him if you need his specialty.

Went in with reoccurring pains, and was given a bandaid diagnosis of treating each symptom since he couldn't figure out the issue. This developed into a full blown infection of the colon that he should have really helped me with. Instead I am worse off now, and thousands in debt from hospital bills.
