Dr. Waters has been taking care of my family starting with my mother, then myself since the age of 22(now 47), and finally my daughter at 13. He is not pediatric, but I trust his opinion and guidance. He took his time to diagnose her properly and then referred us out to a pediatric rheumatologist in our area who could keep the ball rolling. He has always been super caring as well as determined to get to the bottom of things. We love how he is a "get to the point kind of guy." I hands down refer him to anyone that mentions they need a rheumatologist. I have NOT been asked to write this review, I just felt compelled after seeing the totally bizarre negative reviews which no one I have ever sent has expressed! Thanks for your time ;-)

Absolutely the worst Doctor you can imagine. Has zero listening skills and is without question the most arrogant doctor I have ever had. He spends zero time discussing symptoms; root cause etc. Do not go there!

I have been under the care of Dr.Waters for over 10 years for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. He is extremely thoughtful, and thorough. He is a teaching doctor and therefor well versed in the latest breakthroughs to treat my conditions. He has been patient with me, and I feel he genuinely cares about me. I believe he takes each case and really researches to determine treatment for the best possible outcome. I’ve always found his staff to be attentive and caring.

Physician does not see you until you are seen by one of his residents, interns or whatever degree they are. Once Dr, Waters comes in, he talks to you like a third party, from the information given by his “assistant “. Dr. Waters attitude seems like, ‘ your a bother to him’ Taking up his time. I felt like he just didn’t care.

This Doctor doesn't even deserve one star. Not only did I wait two hours to be seen (while they took someone who came after me), but the Doctor was rude, unaccommodating, and didn't answer any of my questions. This was my first visit and he didn't even take enough time with me and when the visit was finished, he just walked out the door without even shaking my hand or saying nice to meet you. All he did was refer me to a neurologist. The office staff wasn't much better. Don't waste your time!

I would go without treatment before going back to see this man. He is rude, offensive and belligerent. His nurse and PA come in before he does to get all the background info and then he marches in as though he's a prosecuting attorney rather than a medical doctor. He had no interest in examining me, asking about my symptoms or my response to the medications he put me on. Ridiculous.

Has made my gout go away. Treating gout is a long term deal. Dr Waters explained why people get gout, how the medicines work and why it takes a few years to truly become free of attacks. Since he explained everything, I stayed with the plan. He really cares about his patients more than any doctor I've ever met.

A truly excellent doctor. He's caring and very thorough. There was a spell when some of the longtime staff had to move out of state, and the new staff was mediocre, but they were replaced, and the current staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. How anyone cannot like Dr Waters is incomprehensible.

Saved my life. Diagnosed my lupus, got me on the right medications and back to work, family and play! He devoted so much time to me at every visit - explaining the disease and going over the treatment options. Dr Waters great sense of humor and friendly demeanor made my serious illness and it's management so much less stressful.

Dr Waters was the only physician able to diagnose my illness correctly. He explained everything with tremendous patience and empathy. He fought with my insurance to get my expensive medication covered. I am now able to live a life again. His patients may request his cell phone number and are encouraged to call directly if after hours or on weekends! He is the best and most caring doctor I have ever met.

Extremely disappointed in my visit with Dr. Waters. I had been seeing his associate, Dr. Raj, treating me for a fairly painful condition. Although actively treating, I was not given the courtesy of being informed Dr. Raj left the practice. Dr. Waters saw me on my last visit, though he had not received lab results and biopsy results which were weeks old. Most troubling, he walked out while I was asking a question. He never spoke directly to me, but addressed his staff. Respect was lacking.

During my first visit I waited 90 minutes past my appointment to see Dr. Waters. Two weeks later I returned for test results and waited an hour and an intern came to examine me first. I said since it was already late I prefer to see the doctor only. The intern returned and said Dr. Waters refuses to see me if I do not submit to an exam by her first. Since my test results were being held hostage I had no choice, but he had no right to force this on me, was unprofessional and my time is important.
