Dr. Bart Williams III, MD

We found Dr. Williams to be gruff and came off as uncaring. I waited to post my reviews until my teen had fully recovered from oral surgery and I received the money for the overpayment for anesthesia. I will not bring my other child there when he needs wisdom teeth extraction and recommended to our pediatric dentist that she not refer anyone else there either.

I brought my son to see Dr Williams for a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction, then for the surgery, and for a follow up. Each time we called and were there, the office staff, the medical team and the Dr were all very polite, courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. They answered our questions, calmed our anxieties and gave us the confidence we needed to undergo surgery. Based on our positive experiences with Dr Williams, the staff and the medical team and the facility at Carolina Oral & Facial Surgery in Greenville, SC I highly recommend and would go there again if the need ever came up for more oral surgery.

Don’t waste ur time with Dr. Williams. Very rude and could not care about patients at all. We asked simple question and was attacked. Doctors are suppose to care about patients and do what’s in their best interest but that was not the case. HORRIBLE bedside manners. I would feel I credibility uncomfortable having him as my doctor.

Dr Williams and his staff are top notch. He is very professional and puts you at ease. Staff is kind and helpful.

Dr. Williams is a most skilled oral surgeon, takes great care to have you understand the procedures, and treats patients with utmost care. I have had two implants done by him, and they have worked out very well. Am very pleased with this practice and would recommend them with no exceptions. Angela Randall

We paid for services up front before the insurance had been filed. The insurance paid them the refund we should have received on several occasions. We had to ask for refunds numerous times before a check was written to pay us what we were owed. It took weeks 4-6 weeks after they received the refund and numerous calls. Then we had to go pick it up in their office. We never had this happen with any medical practice. We will never do business with them again.

Exceptionally long wait time ( 1 1/2 hours before seeing doctor). No apology for wait time or explanation. Front office staff was ok, nothing exceptional and also offers no excuse for wait time. Dr a Williams also was a generalized ok. Dr Williams finally came into the room at the office closing time ( again with no apology for the wait time) and was hurried and very unimpressive.

My experience with Dr. Williams has been fantastic. He was very professional and explained the procedure. I did not have any pain during the 3 procedures and his staff was excellent.

The Dr had poor bedside manners, which gave me an uneasy feel about him and the practice. It took well over an hour for our consultation appointment to start. We did not receive proper information regarding next steps after the appointment with regard to financials. Much of staff was unfriendly as well. I would not recommend his practice.

He removed an extra tooth for my 5 year old, I guess that was what we were there for, however his bedside manner is very poor..
