It has been almost 12 years since Dr. Green operated to repair the slipped discs and herniated discs in my back, with shooting pain down my leg, via spinal fusion. My surgery was a complete success, and within a few weeks after the surgery, I was able to return to normal activity. At age 69, I walk two miles a day, have full range of motion in my back, and have no pain. Fantastic doctor!!

Dr Green has performed surgery twice for me. Once 14 years ago on my neck and another this year. He is an amazing surgeon who is both talented and blessed with extraordinary gifts. He has saved my life twice now, with no residual problems. He is kind and loving which makes what could be a horrific experience calm and without fear. I can only pray he receives as many blessings as he gives.

Dr.Green is a great doctor and surgeon. We exhausted every conservative option before reaching surgery. Dealing with excruciating leg pain due to a herniated disc, we proceeded with microdiscectomy and right after the surgery I no longer had the horrible sciatic leg pain. I am now able to return back to enjoying my life as I once did. I highly recommend him even if he’s not your first option, just allow him the chance to diagnose you and determine a efficient action plan for your situation.

Misdiagnosed me. Told me I needed to take medication, misread my MRI, and caused over a year of pain. He was difficult the entire time and thought it was a privaledge to meet him. Doesn't care about his patients and only making money. Stay away from this quack!

I met with alt. surgeons, but knew Dr. Green was my surgeon of choice after my initial consult. His examination was most thorough and the caliber of his support team is well above others. My surgery for a 2 lvl fusion (S1-L4) was scheduled shortly after my visit and I am writing this review 2 wks. post op. Surgery was on a Thur. and I walked out of the hospital 5 days later. The next day I stopped all pain medication and I am pain free! I STRONGLY recommend Dr. Green.

Dr. Green has treated my conditions, myself and my wife like family. A gifted surgeon who continues to keep up with advances in field. Intelligent, tremendous respect for patients and great bedside manner. He thinks he has a sense of humor, but I put him in his place....lol . Available in emergency situations. Talks plain English and gives you his time. He treats not just the specific condition, but the entire well being of his patients. He has improved my quality of life . Trust him implicitly.

You'll wait hours in a waiting room to sit with this doctor who explains things quickly and leaves you with many questions. I was misdiagnosed by Dr Green, who wanted to do a multi-level fusion on my spine. Went with another Neurosurgeon who was able to get me back to good health without a major surgery. I was also overbilled for X-Rays normally done with a copayment and was charged as raidiology bill (CT Scan, and MRI). I would not recommend Dr Green!

Dr. Barth Green is an excellent doctor to bad I cannot stay the same for his staff or how hard it is to reach him when you are in pain and trying to get his assistance. This in itself is so frustrating that it is not worth seeing him because it is very hard to get any follow up when you need. Recently it took me over three weeks to get a response from his office only to have them tell me that I needed to see another doctor before he could see me...I think not looking for another doctor.

Dr. Green is reputed to be ,one of the best surgeons in the world to untether spinal cords. What I found when I saw him was a man who truly cared about people. He is so much more than just a surgeon. He started the Miami Project to try to find cures for paralysis. He started Project Medi-share after the earthquake in Haiti after being one of the first doctors to arrive. Watch the video on the Project Medii-share site. All this and I can honestly say he is one of the most humble men I have ever m
