Unfortunately I can't share a positive experience. I was referred by my dentist to have teeth pulled and I felt overwhelmed and taken advantage of. During the primary consultation, I received an awkward and unnecessary speech about smoking. The doctor kept talking about it and when my insurance bill came in they charged me $100 for "tobacco counseling". ?? Also, I was told that my insurance was going to cover 60%, but when the bill came, that wasn't true. Polite staff, but I feel I was lied to.
