Terrible Doctor and Staff
Lack of professionalism and no technology. They are opperating in the dark ages. They dont explain thier special policies and ended up costing me $230 for lab test I should get from free. I will not be back!

This is the modern "free clinic". He knows how to bill AHCCCS/medicaid and make referrals but not practice medicine. Don't bring your own thoughts or ideas. Don't even bring your list of meds or anything as no-one is going to read it. Dr. Meri has disrupted my treatment and I have a lifelong illness. I have a background in medical clinical trials from RTP NC, I read and understand what meds I take and I will not argue with a full grown man over his complete lack of knowledge about medications. I am filing an official complaint with the state of Arizona. Remember that you choose your doctor, not the other way around

I am very dissatisfied with the front office staff. I was supposed to get physical therapy and waited for them to fax the paperwork which never happened. Then I call the office and they finally do it but give them my emergency contact info instead of mine. Then Dr Basem has mri orderd mri and the office failed to do there job. Its been over 2 months sinced ordered I had to call them to see what was going on. Their excuse is there is only 3 of them. And I have to run around and get paperwork.
