Dr. Zakhour one of the best for Hernia surgery.

When they were moving me out from my CAT scan at 3 AM (emergency admission) the technician said "You're lucky, they've assigned you Dr. Zakhour." I replied "You say that to all the patients, don't you?" and the technician said "Yes, but in your case it's absolutely the truth. He's one of our best." That was a year ago. Today, my emergency surgery for what turned out to be colon cancer, is a thing of the past; the colonoscopy has been reversed and I'm cancer-clean and on the glide path to renewed health -- and so says the oncologist. Dr. Zakhour has been attentive to my needs, has an excellent sense of humor and a support staff that has set the bar for excellent performance quite high. Need a surgeon? That CAT scan tech was spot-on - Dr. Zakhour is the best.

Great at explaining the procedure and visited hospital room several times before and after surgery. Everyone spoke very highly of him including the nurses.

He did my gall bladder surgery and found I had ruptured hernia which he repaired. He was excellent. I healed quickly with no complications.

The attention to detail from Dr. Zakhour is something that all others should emulate! I had diverticulitis and developed a Fistula which was not seen through a Colonoscopy or a Barium Enema. Even with the post reports from these procedures, Dr Zakhour explained in detail that when he would go in to perform the Sigmoid Colon Resection, he would first inspect the bladder to verify that there was no damage. The bladder and small intestine were damaged. He repaired them first. Superb Job!

he preformed a hernia surgery on me from Oct 2014 after surgery kept telling him i still hurt he told me well next time if it still hurts we will check into it and that never happened he told me give it six month well 2 weeks later i am in the emergency room getting shots of Morphine hositpal i stayed 3 days and nothing dr. zakhour checked in on me the last day and still nothing now June 18 2016 I am still hurting my family paid all this money for this Dr. Zakhour to help me and he didnt.
