Dr. Bebsy Estefan, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr Estefan for years, and I always leave appts. feeling worse. She constantly makes inappropriate comments about my weight, what I eat, how I look, etc. as well as jokes about my past mental health issues. She doesn’t care about getting to the root of the issue and finds the fastest way to slap a bandaid on something, which is usually prescribing a sedative to make patients complacent. She once hospitalized me because I was crying to her about my worries on the current political climate, stating the nurses there would give me a shot to calm me down. All professionals at the hospital were confused about that and sent me home. I will never make the mistake of showing her my emotions again because she clearly cannot handle them. She also allows parents of children to constantly talk over them, giving inaccurate symptoms that she doesn’t care to double check. There are other people in her office that are good at their jobs and care about patients, but her? Absolutely not.

horrible doctor. didn't believe me until I was hospitalized and then she followed up with the hospital meds. Kept me on the meds for months and didn't ask how I felt or how I was doing, her check ins were less than a minute and she would be very blunt and rude acting in a rush all the time! Currently trying to see if I can file for a HIPPA violation. Do not take your kids here PLEASE

excellent , very professional and staff is particularly creative he offered services to children how to learn , easy to reach the office by emails She knows very well Autism and treat parents with love .Office is always clean and pristine , the energy of the pace is amazing !

Don't schedule an appointment with her. Not only does she diagnose and medicate based on two or three questions on the spot, but she will not listen to what you have to say regarding actual conditions you have, nor take you seriously. She has lied to me countless times just to avoid looking into a mental health issue I was concerned with, because she personally didn't think it was that big of a problem. She ignores any cries for help from kids in abusive homes because she personally has had good experiences with the parent, leaving the child to rot. As much as she and her team may deny it, most of them are transphobic, and will imply time and time again that being transgender simply isn't normal, that it is a problem for those around you and you should stop from trying to be yourself for other's comfort. Each appointment with her makes me feel worse. If you want to be invalidated, ignored, and to receive extra stress, you've come to the right place. Can't wait to find someone else.

attempted to make an appointment with the doctor for over a month and always got the run around. Secretary would say she is going on vacation and will not see new patients that they will call me in 2 weeks, I got no call and called and again same story. That she again was on vacation and I would have to wait. Horrible customer service actually glad I didn't get an appointment.
