I had a fantastic experience at my new patient appointment with Dr. Becky Souder. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and more thorough than any doctor I’ve seen before. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and valued. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented physician!

I had a new patient visit with Dr. Souder. She came across as arrogant and did not listen well. She does not call patients back. I called and left messages for over a week and never got a call back from her. Dr. Souder is not trustworthy and does not care about a patient's well-being or life situation. I will not be going back to this provider and I do not recommend her to anyone. She has no business practicing medicine and lacks compassion.

Do not recommend- her office suggested I may want concierge medicine because i requested Dr.Souder actually examine me and not listen to my heart and lungs through a wool sweater and turtleneck. She spent more time on the computer than looking at me on my first visit and it was clear she had not read my medical record. She seems nice but I am looking for competency. i was going to give her a second try but appointment i made a month in advance was cancelled and pushed two months out. No thanks.

This is not a patient centric practice. Some of the nursing staff is rude and to ask a question about a test result you need to make an appointment. I am guessing this is just a MainLine Health way to add billable revenue. The office is very slow in providing test results - 6 days to hear back about a scan is unacceptable.

You will NOT be disappointed with this doctor! She may be the nicest most personable doctor I've had. She really spends time with you and listens, answers questions and engages in conversation. I haven't used her for myself, but she's our pediatrician (we have a newborn). I could not be happier. She was referred to me by a friend who also loves her. She's very professional and has a touch of the OCD which is totally fine by me especially when it comes to my baby! A+++
