Dr. Belinda Alexander, MD

We found Dr Alexander to be very thorough. Unfortunately her staff is unreliable. It took them a week to order a chest x-ray. It took three weeks to get the paperwork to get my dad in the assisted living facility he chose. We have been waiting three weeks for them to call in one prescription and over a week to call in three others. They keep saying the person we need isn't at her desk but they will have her call us back. After multiple calls to their office, we still haven't received a call back. Although we liked Dr Alexander, we can't stay with her because of her staff.

Very good listener. She show concern regarding your health issues. Speaks with a kind tone. Spends time understanding and answering your questions.

Dr Alexander is a great diagnostician. She has a great staff. A doctor is only as good as the office is run. Lately there seems to be some problems with requests being held up. The receptionist Donna gets things done!

She and her staff were very helpful in a time of great confusion in my medical care. She efficiently and effectively to meet my needs.

Dr. Alexander has always taken the time to talk with me, never failing to ask if I have any questions or concerns. I have never felt that she did not have time for me, or that she was rushing to her next patient. She takes the time to make sure that I understand what test she wants done, why she wants the test done, the test results and what I need to do to make my medical situation better. Her staff is always busy, but no one has ever been rude. Always professional.
