I visited Dr Bella and she was very rude and rush thru my check up she kept screaming at her employees in her own language the worst I have ever seen . She act like she is doing a job that she didn’t like . Idk why you would make an appointment for five and then get upset at the client. Client don’t make your time sheet you do. Boy boy don’t make me tell you how her MA mess up my vain while taken blood smh

Takes more than an hour of wait. I wish they were more professional. It’s the same lack of care for patients that is reflected from the moment you walk in and are greeted by a receptionist who doesn’t want to be there and has an expression of did you really have to come. Poor communication, interest or general care. Overall a very negative experience.

I had a bad experience with dr. Sandler. I am suffering with swelling of my left arm since August of this year. She sent me to do difference kind of simple test and still she could not figure out why I have swelling. All the time I pushed her to give me more test to do and she did not want to sent me to do more deep test. Always she told me that she does not know why I have a swelling. So I don't want to recommend her to anybody.

Dr. Bella Sandler is a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor, very hardworking and patient. The waiting time sometimes can be longer than expected, but it's worth it. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for PCP in my neighborhood.
