Great Physician with Integrity
Dr. Thrower gives you a great understanding of your illness. He Listens to his patients and explains things to you whereas you leave with a true understanding. M.S. is a very challenging condition that affects individuals differently, he listens to his patients to tweak existing treatments appropriately. He wants you to know what is going on with you in reference to your illness. I highly recommend him He's been my MS physician for 24 years.

Dr. Thrower took the time to explain my condition. He answered every question I could think of and them some. The initial appointment included 40 min of Dr. Thrower sitting and talking with me about what it means to have multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Thrower is a very nice person as well as being an excellent physician. He's able to put you at ease and makes you feel better about your future. He explains things very well and answers your questions thoroughly. His staff is efficient and empathetic. I highly recommend him He's been my MS physician for 14 years.

The man is amazing, as an MS-specialist/Neurologist and as a person. He Listens to his patients. MS is incurable & challenging. His empathy and compassion are a part of treatment; he will "go with the flow" to tweak existing treatments as appropriate; he listens to his patients' opinions. I am fortunate to NOT see him very often, with a more benign (although disabling) form of M.S. But I HAVE seen him for well over 10 years so take my word: If you seek an MS specialist (Atlanta area) go here!
