Does not treat sick patients
This practice changed their policy. They literally refuse to treat sick patients. They claim they will do a telehealth visit - but how does one determine what is wrong with a patient without taking in any information which can only be obtained by a person? They had me sirve to the parking lot and did three swabs. Then they just started throwing drugs at me. When I didn't get better, they just ordered more drugs. When I called a third time, still sick a week later, I was told to try to get an ENT appointment. They didn't care that I was still sick and was getting worse under their supervision and still tried to charge me for another appointment. One stop at an urgent care center on the same day, I finally have a diagnosis and the correct medications to actually treat what ended up being just a sinus infection.

Care
I have never seen Dr. Abraham or any certified doctor. Just a NP. Had several tests done, one of which was a bone density screening. Found out from HOSPITAL I have Osteoporosis. Nurse has left messages to give me results for my labs (which I had already received) I HAVE CALLED BACK EACH TIME but either get disconnected or voice mail. Voice mail says they will call back in 48-72 hours. WHAT? I left message a week ago, but no response. Another message today. No response. Called main desk, who assured me I would be connected to nurse. No go. Called back to main line but she simply didn’t care. Asked my records be sent to new doctor. Said the new doc had to send medical release form, did not offer to send to me for completion. Now I have to go to new docs office to sign. They are simply too busy to care for patient well being. NOT a good place to receive appropriate care. Especially if you are older with multiple health problems.

Awfu
My mother went to a workman's comp dr who took X-rays and felt that something might be up with her heart. He sent her to Abraham to follow up. In his haughtiness, he quickly dismissed what the other dr said and didn't even suggest that my mother see a cardiologist. Two weeks later, she was in hospital with congestive heart failure (for 11 days). All he had to do was refer her out. Now he doesn't want to work with the cardio drs because he said he doesn't have time. He is also saying that he is in charge of her care and tries to change the doses of the medications given by the cardio drs. Many of my friends have left this dr because of his manner. If you value your or your loved one's life --- RUN!!!

Dr Abraham is very thorough, takes the time he needs with me. He educates me on what I do not understand. I have been in the medical field for 30+ years. I know a good doctor when I see one. Every provider I have seen in his practice are professional, caring and above reproach.

Very hard to communicate with outside of an office visit. Will not return your calls. Sometimes takes several calls before a call back and the nurse or office personnel return the call instead of the doctor. You have to be your own advocate because referrals or equipment orders are low on the list. Doesn’t seem to have the patients interest at heart. Allowing in home care would take away from his business. My father is basically bedridden and he still insists that he come in the office,

Dr. Abraham is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. I am a new patient and ad of this post, I have seen him twice. His staff is also dedicated and welcoming. If you want a doctor who is health conscious and woke, he is the one for. A senior’s lifesaver!

Had my annual blood tests done. My calcium, potassium and liver enzymes were slightly elevated. After repeating the tests, they were slightly better. When I asked why the 1st tests were slightly elevated, nurse answered simply, that I should try to avoid taking extra calcium and eating anything that has a lot of potassium! Something just didn't seem right. Got a second opinion and the doc discovered tumors on my thyroid and parathyroid! Pays the get a second opinion!

Been with Dr. Abraham for close to 10 years and would not even see my wife who was in a car accident which she was not at fault. This after scheduling an appointment and then telling us at the desk we can't see her because our insurance won't cover this and we need the information of the at fault driver. All the while she can't walk. Quite disappointed in the bedside manner with no offer of help otherwise.

Dr. Abraham has been my doctor for several years and has been instrumental in making sure my peripheral artery disease is kept under control. He always makes sure I completely understand any changes that are made in my medication and watches for any changes in my symptoms. He makes you feel like you are in a health partnership with him and makes you feel like you are his only patient.

Dr. Abraham has been my primary physician for nearly 20 years and also was my Mother's physician for that length of time as well. I have a great deal of respect for this dedicated, competent, caring physician! He took great care of my Mother before she went in the nursing home and we were blessed that he remained her doctor while she was in the nursing home. He cares deeply about his patients. He exhibits integrity in his work ethic and it carries over to his entire staff. I highly recommend him

My family and I are new patients. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were seen on time, and did not need to wait long. I love the patient portal. All of our records were available the same day. Our prescription was sent over to our pharmacy after our appointment, and was ready when we we arrived. First impression was great! Hope to have future success in all of our future appointments!
