Dr. Benjamin Brusch, MD

I don't usually leave reviews but my experience with Dr. Benjamin Busch was terrible. He made it seem as though my weight was to blame for my pain and not the TBI or neck fracture that I sustained. The ligaments in my neck were torn as well. He offered no help. He did not even check my neck out. He made it seem as though I have irrational fears about my injury. I told him that I was just looking for ways to get a little relief from the pain. (Exercises, injections, acupuncture, any thing...He did not even show me any stretches that would help release my neck muscles). What is irrational about that? I feel that he has an issue with women and think that they over exaggerated things. His mentality is that of an alpha male. Walk it off! My niece with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome was also seen by him and he simply said that she was too skinny and needed to gain weight.

Unfriendly. Didn’t listen. Didn’t care that I was in pain. Referred to it as a little discomfort. Did absolutely nothing to help me. Rushed. He did the same with my spouse. Don’t ever want to see him again.

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Brusch due to a severe limp that I was exhibiting. Dr. Brusch diagnosed my issue, scheduled an x-ray and blood work to rule any other things out, and recommended a cortisone shot for my painful hip bursa. He also referred me to a great physical therapist. Due to his caring and knowledge, I would highly recommend Dr. Brusch.
