Does not listen and doesn't like it when you ask questions. Terrible communication skills. I saw him twice and the. Switched to another provider

I visited him for first time today and honestly I thought...is another MD, but I was wrong, he took time and shared some experiences and how should I take my life more spiritual sense beside medical condicions that we tried to find out. There is not doubt I recommend him, hopefully is always like that. Good listener and patient. Thabk you, AMP.

Got a good explannation of my cumulative results from the conditions I wsa managing the last 4 + years at his medical group. Feel like this will be a productive relationship going forward for managing my care. Spent a lot of time with me and answered my "what if" questions well. I"m happy.

I'm 72 years old and I can honestly say that Dr. Chan is the finest physician I've ever had. He is patient and a great listener. His advice has continuously been sound and exactly on-target. I trust his judgment and he speaks to his patients like intelligent individuals, not like "naughty children", as so many speak to older adults. I pray I continue to have him as my family doctor in the immediate future since I feel comfortable speaking to him about my health issues and have no trepidation or fear in discussing my course of wellness with him.

Left my previous PCP for this one, based on the recommendation from a friend of my spouse. Turned out to be more of the same. He likes to rattle off the facts and figures, and seems to do more talking than listening if you aren't VERY assertive. Also: too many gatekeepers if you have simple questions, that you may or may not get answers to. Staff has a few gems within the lumps of coal. Otherwise, house plants could do a better job. If the personal, caring touch is what you're looking for, keep looking.

I would not recommend this person. I have not gone to this person in years My husband was not happy with him either. We both have found a wonderful doctor in William Henderson and trust him completely. I'm so glad to get this survey and finally tell someone this.
