Help treated me very nice. Dr. Cohen explained everything the way I understood it told me what he was going to do scheduled my follow up with no problem seven years. I’ve been going to them. I’m happy my wife loves him. Treated her very well also

I went to see Dr Cohen about a cyst on my finger. During the visit I asked him about a mole on my chest. He said it didn’t concern him. I went to a different Dermatologist a few months later. The Doctor took a biopsy and two more on my back. Lab results 2 Melanoma’s and 1 basil. Melanoma can be a life threatening condition. I called DrCohen and he refused to speak to me!!

Dr. Cohen is one of the most heartfelt, genuinely caring doctors I have ever met! I've been going here for years. He runs his business with love for all his patients and makes you feel like family. He has gone above and beyond many times for me and works with me with all concerns I have. He makes an effort to understand your needs, and works with you! I will definitely be going to Dr.Cohen for life! I highly recommend him. Not only that but his staff are also some of the sweetest and readily helpful!

Had a quick consult for a small cyst and then was told he only performs one service a day so I'd have to wait 3 more weeks to be treated. The night before my procedure the staff calls and asks me to come at 1130 instead of 11. I walk in at 1138 and they tell me the dr has left for lunch and they assumed I was not coming! No accommodations, no other appointments for 3 more weeks. So unprofessional! We spoke the night before...I told you I would be there. Maybe communicate with your staff? What a complete waste of my time. I could have had this issue taken care of already but instead I'm set back several weeks now bc of a stupid policy that you only do one cyst a day? What kind of derm drags out treatment like this? It's clear he cares more about having a leisurely schedule than taking care of his patients. Hope you enjoyed your lunch, doc.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Everything was smooth from scheduling, confirmation call made sure I was prepared for my visit, and when I arrived check in and new patient process was easy and friendly. I was taken on time for my appointment. That’s a big thing, I think we can all agree! That being said, I never felt “rushed” during the appointment. Dr. Cohen and staff made sure I understood the treatment plan and made me feel very comfortable. Financial conversations were up front and easy. A very positive first experience.

I have been to many dermatologists over the years, and have to say that Dr. Cohen is the absolute BEST. I came in as a new patient. The staff was so friendly, listened to all my concerns, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Cohen was extremely thorough in his examination of me and also listened intently to my concerns. I am very happy to have finally found such a wonderful dermatologist and would HIGHLY recommend him to my friends and family!!

After going to another office and being surprised by a visit that was given by a PA instead of an MD I found Dr. Cohen online and decided to make an appointment (After making sure I would be seeing an MD). The appointment process was easy but I did need to wait a few weeks but since it wasn't an emergency I was OK with that. Dr. Cohen was fast but efficient and removed a growth for biopsy (which the PA did not notice). Happy he did because it was a pre-cancer that could have progressed to something worse. The girls that work there are smiling and very professional. Would recommend for sure!

Dr. Cohen was referred to me by a friend and I am so grateful! He is quick, kind and caring and did not make me feel rushed. He did some cosmetic work on me and it was beautiful. I look 10 years younger! He was honest in what I needed and did not try to oversell which I really appreciated. His staff is sweet and very personable. I am looking forward to my next visit, maybe he can take off another few years!

What a great office! Dr. Cohen is great! The staff is friendly, efficient and fast. I have to say the office is run like a well oiled machine. It took the doctor no time to diagnose me and within 2 days the problem was gone! I would highly recommend this office both for the doctor and if you appreciate an office that is on time and doesn't have you sitting there for hours.

I’ve gone to many dermatologists in the past making you wait sometimes up to 2 hours and then you meet with their PA, never ever meeting the doctor. And their waiting rooms are filled with patients all with bandages. When I found Doctor Cohen about 10 years ago, I found him to be an excellent doctor, on time, honest & direct with prognosis and always resolving my skin issues. Now my husband goes to him as well. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Cohen has been treating me for well over 20 years. This is one appointment that I don't dread making annually. Not only is he extremely good at what he does, but he has such a warm personality as well. Additionally, his office staff is very kind and accommodating. If you are in need of a Dermatologist, I would recommend Dr. Cohen without a doubt.

Dr Cohen is by far the most compassionate doctor. He has been able to help me every time I needed him. I recommend him to anyone that needs a dermatologist . I adore him !

Dr cohen is a kind and compassionate. When my daughter was younger he was the only doctor that could figure out what was wrong. I will never forget that. I will always hold a place in my heart

Dr. Cohen is a very intelligent doctor, quickly diagnosed my child and had the medication right in the office that she needed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist. The staff was amazing and super friendly as well!

Dr. Benjamin Cohen is the best, really good doctor and I love his staffs are very friendly, and I love Dr. Cohen is very easy going, he knew ASL (American Sign Language), he took good care of my stupid psoriasis and now it's gone for good, no more polka dots! I give him 5 super STARS!

Not very friendly. In and out in about 2 minutes. Tells you that you need something and Doesn’t give you an opportunity to ask a question about what the diagnosis is and can’t exit the room quick enough.

Always runs on time, able to fit me in if I have a bad flair up, and was able to majorly get my acne under control within 2 weeks. All while also managing my eczema. Would highly recommend him
