Did nothing to help me
This doctor did not do a consultation, an evaluation, or any diagnosis when I met with him. I received two cortisone injections in my back, but I was not getting any better. He would not answer any questions after each injection. Run from this doctor.

He only made matters worse
I couldn't ask questions, told to come back in if I had questions, took away my dignity when performing a procedure on my back till I was humiliated. He's rude and arrogant. He caused my pain to be 10xs worse than before and I can hardly walk. I suggest you search for a better doctor if you want results that help you. I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy. He may be nice to some people but I wonder how many people he has hurt worse.

Poor office/scheduling and communication
Zero follow up from office for scheduling and zero help with insurance issues. When calling you only get a receptionist who says they forward a message but never get a call back. Have tried getting some ones attention to discuss insurance denial and reschedule. Never received a phone call about denial from insurance.

No I would not recommend Dr. Crouch to anyone. I have had a series of epidurals done by Dr Crouch in the past 9 months. The last two were extremely unsuccessful and resulted in more pain than before the procedure. On both of these occasions Dr. Crouch refused to provide any management of the increased pain. If bedside manner is important to you then this is another reason to avoid working with with practitioner.

Dr. Crouch is very personable and actually cares what is going on with his patients. He is very conservative on his treatment and does everything he can to get to the root of ones issues. His PA is very helpful as well as his receptionist. Highly recommend. If one has a negative experience I would highly question and find hard to believe.

After being misdiagnosed by multiple doctors over the past 25 years, Dr. Crouch started looking for the root cause of my pain in addition to just treating the symptoms. Today my pain level has been reduced significantly with less medication. He is knowledgeable and patient, his staff is friendly and helpful.

spent 45 minute filling out paperwork, never saw Dr. Crouch only his PA who spent 5 minutes at best with me and ordered a 2500.00 test to be done 3 weeks out. Ignored the fact that I was sleep deprived. Went to the same facility 2 weeks later in the Insta Care received a prescription and injection and have been symptom free for over a month. Left 10 messages for Office Manager to contact me and never received a return call. Would never recommend this office to anyone! go elsewhere!

His staff is poorly customer service educated & they did nothing for my father at the time of his visit. Dr made us jump through hoops do get appointment and I had to call one of my dads other drs to actually get the appointment time scheduled. I don’t think I would ever recommend him to anyone.
