Dr Benjamin George is an amazing doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 3 years. To all that would like to know where he went. He will be with Good Samaritan in Lafayette, Colorado starting April. I will be following him there. I wanted to let everyone know who was wondering where he is now.

Dr. George was the best doctor we could have hoped for. He was always caring and very thorough in every aspect of my husbands Cancer treatment. We will miss him as we just learned that he is no longer with Banner. Wherever he is going, we wish him well.

My experience was very poor with Dr. George who exclaimed that the many medicines he had already tried with me had been "done all wrong" and then said I "shouldn't be on anything!" but not being able to effectively explain why, assuming I understood without being told, I suppose. He was not willing to listen to me and got very impatient and his whole attitude frightened me terribly. Bad day? or bad doctor.

Have been under his care for over 2 years and he has always been kind, caring and understanding. He gets to know you as a person and not simply a patient. He will spend as much time with you as you need and honestly answer your questions or concerns. His PA, Heather is just as wonderful and the nursing staff can't be matched in my eyes. I wish I didn't have cancer but knowing I have this team of wonderful people on my side fighting to keep me alive is good medicine for the spirit.

Dr. George is terrific. He skipped his lunch to meet with me immediately after my cancer diagnosis so I didn't have to return at a later date & didn't have to suffer any longer through that scary period of having a diagnosis but no treatment plan. Through many office visits, he explained my situation and treatment plan thoroughly, always knew my status, and was always very willing to answer my questions. He's friendly and empathetic, clearly a kind man in addition to being a smart one.
