Dr Benjamin saved my life! He is simply the best Doctor in any specialty anyone could wish for. Not only is he a great urologist, he's a fantastic surgeon.

Dr Gibson is one of the best urologists I have known!! He is very most caring doctors you could ask for!! He is there for his patients be it day or night no matter the time. I think very highly of him and would recommend him to anyone I know!!!

The nurse, and doctor I dealt with were cheerful, and pleasant to the max! Amazing experience that I am so grateful for! The nurse made me feel very comfortable, and was so friendly! After just one appointment, the doctor was extremely helpful in finding the issue, and quickly had a Plan A, Plan B, and even a Plan C for my situation. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone is friendly, they took me in early, the doctor gave me detailed information which I highly appreciate. Quick, friendly, efficient, informational, not much more you can ask for in a doctor's visit.

Was suppose to have a stent removed on 7-22-20. Office called the night before @8:30 pm to tell me my appointment has been rescheduled for 8-7-20. No explanation or anything!!! I call first thing in the morning. They tell me the DR. had an emergency. I ask them why I have to suffer in pain and discomfort for more than 2 more weeks. They dont have a back up plan in a case like this. No plan "B" NO ANYTHING!!! They're answer was to take 2,400 mgs of ibuprofen. I was not happy with this prolonging my pain. Ask to speak to office manager and secretary said she'd call me today(7-22-20) At 4:30 I call the office again, she supposively left for the day!! So Thursday I call up there again. They said she'd call me back. I waited all day Friday and no calls from office. IT TAKES 30 SECONDS TO CALL A PATIENT AND LEFT THEM KNOW SOMETHING!!!! I have no problems with Dr. Gibson, it's the office manager who sucks!! Why should a patient suffer in pain and not at least get a returned phone call!!!

Dr. Gibson explained everyrhing and answered all my question I left his office without any worries.

6-11-2020 Had appointment with Dr. Gibson, who was very cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and timely.

Excellent doctor! Very caring and pays very close attention to the patient.

He has continued to ignore a kidney stone that has now became 13 mm in size gives an antibiotic that has been repeatedly given for 9 months...then pats u on the back refuses to see any surgery options and says see u in a year...Would u think of scheduling appointment with this health care provider....seek another physician....Rating 1 for his effort
