When we first met he (Dr. Henkle) came in with an attitude. He was completely unfriendly and rude. He underminded my back pain which is also causing pain and weakness in my right leg. I have been suffering for over six months now. He told me he was going to perscribe me a one week steroid but he didn't even think I needed it. I told him I cannot get through a shift at work because of how physical my job is. He asked what I did and then actually laughed at my answer. I think we spoke for maybe 10 minutes and he left. I left that office in tears and without answers. I recieved an injection in my spine (fist time) I asked if would hurt he told me it's going to hurt him more being with me than it actually hurting. After he finished I asked how long it will last and he said I don't know. One day or maybe for life. Does that answer your question. Then he left. Once again I was left in tears and no answers from him. I would NEVER recommend him to friends or family. Worst care ever from him.

Terrible Experience
I saw Dr. Henkle just a few weeks ago. First, I told him I can’t keep dealing with the pain I have and I just want to be out of pain. He completely disregarded what I said and told me “Well you’ve been living with it for this long. What can I do?” You’re a doctor. Do your job. He was not professional and had no empathy. He gave me a back brace that was a medium. I’m an extra small and he knew it wouldn’t do anything. I was told “that’s all we have”. He didn’t help. All he did was cause issues. I was told a spinal cord stimulator would be great for me. I never received a call so I called his office. They told me Dr. Henkle would not do the stimulator because his nurse heard me curse. I carry myself with class. That NEVER came out of my mouth. I’ve made a report with the patient advocate. The note in the portal says I’m a good candidate then in the next sentence it states I’m not a candidate. I will NEVER go see Dr. Henkle again and my advice….RUN! I also give him ZERO stars.

Horrible Experience
Doctor Hinkel didn't listen to my main complaint, focused on a secondary complaint. When shown previously proven to work treatment, it was instantly disregarded and doctor went on a rant that such wasn't a treatment for my secondary pain complaint, but it had for years worked for my #1 pain complaint, but was still dismissed as something he wouldn't use as treatment. I will for sure be filing a complaint with the state about this doctor as he had no interest in improving my quality of life with treatments that have been proven to work for me ... He also sent a letter to my pcp with false information in it. It's doctor's like these that need to have their licenses revoked so they stop hurting patients and waisting their time.

I had two back surgeries and still a ton of pain. Dr. Henkle used a spinal cord stimulator to mostly eliminate my pain. Why hadn't anyone else suggested this?? So thankful

Dr Henkle did an excellent job with figuring out what was causing the pain in my knee and treating it. He may be a little abrupt but who cares if he manages my pain!

Within just a few mins. into the visit, Dr. "Einstein" knew EVERYTHING about my pain, stating buldging discs weren't painful! He minimized my condition and was non-compassionate. I hope all of his discs start buldging then he'll sing a different song. Don't waste your time, you'll leave there feeling like a complete disregarded piece of nothing. Not sure why he even went to med school.

Actually this Dr. is a genius, within about 5 minutes of my 1st appointment he was telling me exactly how I feel despite the fact he had just met me (I’m being sarcastic) He told me that multiple conditions I have been struggling with for years is no big deal!!! He was RUDE, MEAN and downright ARROGANT and when I refused a $400.00 out of pocket procedure that I’ve tried 3 times with no success he just walked out on me. Heard good things about Lowell, greatly disappointed. Reviews not to good!!!

I had an app. With Dr. Henkle today, and it was a Disaster!..I wanted a refill of my pain meds ( which I've been on for years, and works for me) but he had no intention of refilling them...he didn't think "herniated Dics were painful", claims my pain meds "do not relieve my pain", and was pushing cortizone ( Steriods ) shots...I told him that I had 2 friends ( one of which has been in a wheel chair since his cortizone shot) who had major problems..he called me a liar..don't use this nut!!!

The worst and most inconsiderate doctor I have ever had to deal with.Don't waste your time he is a disgrace to "pain management drs.".I only gave 1 star because I had to,he would get (-5) if that option was available because he is that bad.

Condescending doctor refused to lool at my xrays stating that an ER radiologist had already looked at them and noted nothing out of the ordinary and my pain is all in my head. I have been dealing with chronic back pain due to abnormal spine curvature and degenerative disc disorder. By his own admission this wouldnt have been picked up by a radiologist.
