The best doctor-patient connection ever. Extraordinarily informative, checked in with me at home both before and after the surgery, was totally calming at pre-op, gave thorough instructions, answered all questions. Highly recommended.

I had surgery October 25, 2022, to repair an inguinal hernia. Dr. Benjamin Howard performed the surgery. I went in at 900 AM and walked out at 100 PM. Almost as efficient as drive thru. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I was not left alone for any long period of time. Someone at the clinic called me later in the day to see how I was doing. Dr. Howard also called me long after working hours to see how I was doing. I would rate them 5 stars, but I don't want to get carried away. I will give Dr. Benjamin Howard 5 stars for sure. Professional, kind and conscientious. I had open surgery, and I am sore of course, but I haven't need to use pain meds. Doctor Benjamin said I could walk and even ride a bike as long as "listened to my body". I'm somewhat drained after surgery, but I have gone on a couple easy short bike rides and walks.

Dr. Howard was referred to me by my endocrinologist, Dr. Hoq. I needed parathyroid surgery, which was only the 2nd surgery I have had in my 73 years . Dr Howard spent time explaining why I needed the surgery, what I could expect, gave me pamphlets to read, and by the day of surgery, I was completely comfortable with the decision. Surgery went extremely well, and Dr. Howard called me a few times once I returned home to ask how I was doing, see if I had any concerns, and I am so grateful for such a caring physician.
