Dr. Benjamin Jacobs, MD

I was not given a clear reason why Doctor refused to take growing lipoma out of my elbow to release the muscle contraction and the numbness I experienced for 4 years. I wouldn’t recommend this surgeon.

I had a serious hand injury and have had 4 surgeries by Dr. Jacobs. I couldnt recomend him enough, very very skilled with hand surgeries. never had any issues during or post (outside of unforseen complications). Not only me but my brother as well, definitely an amazing doctor that does amazing work.

Dr Jacobs at Rebound Orthopedics in Camas WA is awesome! He took all the time needed to thoroughly listen to all my symptoms, he did a very thorough orthopedic exam of my areas of complaint, and then he took his time to explain my diagnosis to me, answer all my questions, explain all my diagnostic and treatment options, and he checked in with me to ask if I had any additional questions. Also, the medical assistant ordered X-rays right after taking my medical history and my vital signs, and then the X-ray tech came in right away, quickly and professionally took my X-rays, and Dr Jacobs evaluated my X-rays before coming into the exam room, all of which was very quick and efficient, giving him more time to do his exam and answer all my questions. I would absolutely come back here again if I need to in the future, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had Carpal tunnel syndrome that had been bothering me for about four years. Jacobs is a highly competent surgeon and fixed it for me. Immediate relief. No restrictions post surgery. He even called personally the evening after surgery to see how I was doing. Very happy with the results. Could not have asked for better.

Dr. Jacobs was willing to take my case after having a diagnosis elsewhere. I was not looking for a second opinion, but having changed jobs recently, I no longer had that insurance or access to the physician who originally diagnosed me. Dr. Jacobs was clear, concise, and provided a detailed diagnosis of my condition, as well as suspecting an additional issue I had never heard of, which he described in detail. Dr. Jacobs was professional, and confident with the information he provided, and willing to answer questions and take any time I needed. Additionally, he was very aware of my time, as he was waiting for prior test results, but didn't want to keep me waiting. He let me know he would be in contact. I am so thankful to find a doctor I can rely on to treat my pain.

Dr. Jacob is an extremely capable surgeon. He is also kind and understanding. He rates a five star with me.

Dr. Jacob’s did my carpal tunnel surgery years ago to perfection. Took all pain away. Now I find myself injured from another car accident and he is helping solve my arm and hand pains again. I 100% know he will have me back to health very soon! Thank you!

I went to see Dr. Jacobs expecting a diagnosis of carpal tunnel due to decades of typing. He quickly determined it was not that. He was able to diagnose my right wrist issue through manual examination which was later proven to be correct by the MRI he ordered for confirmation. The thing that impressed me the most was as a surgeon he did not recommend surgery at this time and provided some strategies to help with day to day activities until I did need surgery if it ever came to that. He was very patient and explained everything clearly and answered any and all questions. Great Doc!

Dr. Jacobs has been caring for me for nearly a year, with the focus on a fairly rare wrist condition. He is very knowledgeable with hand and wrist conditions, has very good bedside manner, and is an excellent surgeon. I will definitely use Dr. Jacobs if needed again in the future.

I had never had to have surgery before and I wasn't looking forward to my proximal row carpectomy. However, Dr. Jacobs always came across as confident in the surgery so it really helped keep my mind at ease. He answered any questions I had and made the whole experience easier and less stressful.
