Dr. Benjamin Kretzmann, MD

This doctor sends you a bill one year later. He does tests but he never share the results with you and eventually will bill you for nothing. No follow up, no, just a bill. He will eventually tell you to take Boswelia and go home. One year later a big bill comes even if you get assured many times after the visit that you will never receive a bill afterwards. Dr Kretzmann and the entire office he is working for have also a very strange policy. If you want to be seen again by him or another doctor from this office, you must become a member. Yes, you have to pay an annually fee to be their patient. Like being member of a gym, club, etc. If you don’t become a member, they don’t care about you. Dr Benjamin Kretzmann has never shared with me the results of the tests he has done and now he is sending me a bill?! I was in tremendous pain when I went there. I waited for weeks and months for the results to come, for a phone call from his office. Never a sign of care, just a bill. For what?

Dr. Kretzmann Is an excellent doctor. He explains everything in depth and answers all questions. His office is beautiful and state of the art and his staff is very friendly and helpful. Five stars!
