Dr leong was not my surgeon but since my doctor didn't work with medical any more they moved me to his office I went to see him twice the staff is so polite and nice. But him on the other hand was very rude to me the second appt I had with him was the worst experience I had ever had he was upset because he was seeing me and that he was not the one that did my surgery he kept telling me I don't think it's fair that I am seeing your old doctors patients for free and doing all of her work I think u should go looking for her instead of coming here with me. I was like huh? So I don't come here no more he said no go look for your old doctor so she can keep up with her patients. I felt so rejected and sad I was like it not my fault that she left or the insurance send me to his office but in any event I don't recommend going here unless he was your surgeon.

Dr. Leong has been my surgeon since June 2017 when he evaluated my small bower obstruction and found it necessary conduct a resection. Dr. Leong is recommended with the highest, possible level of confidence in his abilities and manner. Dr. Leong was then and continues to provide a full and clearly stated explanation of my condition, has provided consult to other doctors during other bowel obstructions, and took the time to provide information on my condition to an outside agency when requested. On one occasion Dr. Leong, made a personal call to my home to verify my condition.

Dr. Leong was a referral from my Primary Care doctor for a procedure. First impression; how warm and friendly he is.Dr. Leong takes time to discuss the procedure in depth, continuously asking if I had questions. The day of the procedure went smoothly. My follow up appointment-amazing. Healing time uneventful.Pain overall expected.Incisions healed easily. Dr. Leong remains professional, available & willing to answer ?I don’t believe this procedure could have gone any better than it did.

I owe this man everything he saved my moms life. When every one else said to plan her funeral. He looked at me and promised he would give his all to let me keep my mom. He gives 110% of himself. He made me feel like i was his number one priority... He would visit my mom twice a day, he even went to San Diego trying to get more answers for my mom difficult situation. His heart is truly with his patients and WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM IN THIS WORLD.

Dr. Benjamin Leong, MD, Dr. Leong is one of the most incredible Surgeons I have ever had. His morals alone are something we should all aspire to have. He goes the extra mile for his patients every single day. I cannot recommend him enough! I spent a couple hours on the phone with my insurance just to make sure he would be my Surgeon for an upcoming surgery. This man is a great man and an even greater Doctor. Very highly recommended!! -Jake

Our review is in regards to his billing services. Dr. Leong's employees do not have a basic understanding of billing practices. They have illegally done balance billing and have not returned $378.83 that is a credit on my account. Blue Cross financially settled with them on November 23, 2016 and three months later, they have not yet returned our money. Every time we call, they do not know what is going on and keep telling us to wait a little longer for the check. 3 months?
