Dr. Benjamin Miller, DO

I want to share my story in hopes of helping other families dealing with pilonidal disease. My son started with a pilonidal cyst that should be easy to treat when you google treatment. A simple drainage and antibiotics should have treated the problem. In my son's case if quickly found that pilonidal cysts are just a symptom of the disease and it is much more complex to treat. After a year of watching my son lose confidence and his zest for life diminish, I knew there had to be a better treatment option. That's when I found Dr. Benjamin Miller. Our initial visit with him I could tell we were in the right hands. He was kind, well mannered and took his time to explain procedures and the disease to us and what was going on underneath the skin surface. I finally understood, why other treatments hadn't worked. We decided the best option for my son was laser treatment. My son is doing great and back at school. I am so thankful to Dr. Miller and his staff!!
