I adore ben, been seeing him for years and trust no one else. Even if I am annoyed that he didn't take my firm no to weight loss surgery to heart (uncharacteristic of him, suspect the poor man needs a break), that does seem to be an issue for the industry as a whole. Ive stopped seeing other plenty of other doctors because of this same or worse disregard, but at least Ben is willing to explore other options. That shouldn't be unique, but it is, and I'm grateful he will work with patients to find treatments right for them.
