Good doctor and he listens and answers questions. Good pain management doctor's are hard to find but with Dr Platt you are good to go.

Dr. Benjamin Platt has been my pain management doctor for several years. He never seems rushed, he listens to my concerns, and he always includes me in my treatment plan. When a procedure or treatment plan becomes ineffective, Dr. Platt always comes up with another course of action. He never gives up! He’s very friendly, kind, professional, and compassionate about reducing his patients pain! I highly recommend him to anyone who suffers from chronic pain, you can not find anyone better!

I have been going to Dr. Ben Plstt off and on for the last 8 years. He is the most caring doctor I have dealt with. I have found since I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer he has kept my pain under control. He actually listens to what you have to say and then he determines the best course of action. I will be continuing my care with Dr. Platt. He is the best pain doctor that I know of in Vancouver, Washington. If you have unexplained pain please go see Dr. Platt.

Dr. Platt is truly a professional in what he does. Excellent bed side manner and listens to what you have to say. I consider myself very blessed to have him as my pain management Dr. He has gone to bat for me with the insurance companies, when I thought all hope was lost. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.

I've always been able to get an appointment with very little waiting. Dr. Platt has treated me for a few years now, for chronic back and hip pain. Whenever I see him, I always feel better. His cheerful spirit lifts me out of my doldrums.

I never got to see him because they sat 5 months on the referral and finally gave me an appointment which was after my medial coverage expired, and then of course started calling me to remind me that I didn't have insurance. And then when I told them to cancel the appointment because I no longer had coverage and was very dissatisfied with my treatment, Theresa, one of the office staff, thought it was funny and began snickering. Worst doctor I've ever dealt with.
