Dr. Benjamin Rieff, MD

I met Doctor Rieff when I was at Glens Falls Hospital for surgery on my foot. We instantly hit it off, something I'm sure he does with every patient. He explained that he would be performing a nerve block. Instantly my pulse jumped to over twice it had been, my blood pressure climbed up to twice what it have been. Asked if I was ok I told him a horror story of how a student at a teaching hospital had stuck me 5 times trying to find the nerve without any luck. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about, that it was a very simple location and he also would be using a sonogram. He asks me about my medical history and lifestyle I have long hair and had been in the music industry, so possible drug use was not a question. Somehow we talked about skiing and we both loved the same mountain in Colorado. As we talked he had me rollover a little and told me to roll back. I didn't feel a thing, I was amazed I had been terrified, but no longer. I wouldn't recommend any else. THANKS DOC.
