Had multiple procedures with Dr. Schechter. Very impressed with his skills. Results turned out better than I could have ever expected each time! Very warm and accommodating staff.

I had a lower blepharoplasty less than a month ago. I smile so much more now. I hated the bags under my eyes and now they are gone! I feel so much better about myself right now. I wear eye makeup and am really loving the way my surgery turned out. The staff is just wonderful; everybody is always so pleasant, and nothing is ever a problem. I would recommend Dr. Schlechter to everyone! He has a nice calming personality who makes you feel very comfortable. Everyone there wants you to be satisfied with your procedure.

A stroke survivor relies heavily on competent health care providers, surgeons in particular. When you haven’t seen a plastic surgeon for 30 years, where do you go? I began with Proserpi-Schlechter because Dr. Proserpi did a brilliant job removing a growth near my eye 30 years ago. I was amazed to discover that Sergio Proserpi mentored Dr. Schlecter even before I met Dr. Proserpi; all the recommendation I needed, so I made an appointment. Since my stroke, which destroyed my ‘self’ I have not had general anesthesia; ten days in a coma was enough for a lifetime. At 75 I may never need anasthesia again. You learn a lot, undergoing surgery while awake (my oral surgeon is the best). Doctor Proserpi would be proud of his student. The growth Doctor Schlechter removed from the inside of my eye was gotten in its entirety; lab reports are sent to patients on MyChart. But Dr. Schlector’s demeanor during the 1 ½ hours he spent on his feet painstakingly working. Rest in peace Dr. Proserpi.

Dr. Schlechter is a godsend! had a procedure (draining an infected cyst in my back) done by a general surgeon in Harrisburg. After three weeks, my wound was not getting better. The drain was very uncomfortable, and the wound seemed to be deteriorating. At my follow-up appointment, the general surgeon told me I’d have to wait 2-4 more weeks at which point he’d assess whether he could proceed. He said the second surgery to remove the cyst and close the wound would be done in the hospital. I called Dr. Schlechter for a second opinion. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Schlechter very quickly. He removed the drain, finished the cyst removal, and prescribed an antibiotic cream to aid in healing. By the next day, I felt a million times better. I actually woke up singing! I cannot get over the difference in the level and quality of care, professionalism and skill. Dr. Schlechter is worlds above the surgeon in Harrisburg. It was clear that Dr. Schlechter cared. Highly recommend him!

So for the second time this year I made a double apt for me and my husband and dr schecters office cancelled on US LOL !! It seems as though our money is not good enough for the upperclass lol!!! There are plenty of other plastic surgeons in the area that are as good if not better Besides the receptionist was pretty nasty ?? I can imagine how we would be treated there anyway ....very disappointed

Had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Schlechter and it was amazing! All the staff was super nice and treated me like family. I had my procedure on a Thursday and was back to work Tuesday! The anesthesia for my procedure was AMAZING! I didnt feel a thing and woke up feeling great! I would highly recommend Dr. Schlechter I could not be happier.
